Living in the almost 200 year old half-timbered farmhouse on Lake Hemmelsdorfer a few minutes by car from Timmendorfer Strand and Lübeck's old town. The lovingly and faithfully refurbished half-timbered house has 6 apartments, all with their own access, private entrance and large terrace with grill, wooden furniture and pillows. All bedroom windows can be darkened. The half-timbered facade with stylish wooden windows, the luxurious full equipment with antique elements guarantee relaxation in the breath of bygone times.
The apartment No. 3 (96m²) is located on the front of the house with its own access via the terrace (38m²) and adjacent parking space. The terrace and green area are fenced with nostalgic wooden palisades and their own wooden gate. As soon as you arrive, the crunchy Baltic sea gravel on the terrace under your feet conveys a maritime atmosphere. Ball lights create a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 p.m. to midnight.

The apartment No. 3 extends over 3 floors. The living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area is on the ground floor. A beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights sits enthroned above the antique wooden table with 4 chairs. A comfortable sofa with a view of the 48 "flat screen TV and music system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth provide entertainment and cozy relaxation.
The high-gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has two lines with an island. The fridge incl. Freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher are on one side and above it the illuminated showcase with dishes and glasses shines. The hob with ceramic hob and touch control, the oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the island. The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all the utensils necessary for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, mixing stick, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knife etc.
A Saeco fully automatic coffee machine plus separate milk frother conjure up a perfect cappuccino. There is also a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee mugs, cereal bowls and some antique serving bowls and plates.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor in a small hallway from which the bathroom and the first bedroom lead off.

A wooden staircase leads through a door to the second Floor directly into the 36 m² and open up to the high roof top 2. Bedroom. Lots of space and exclusive, detailed furniture create an exclusive atmosphere. The bedroom is equipped with an XXL box spring bed with a wonderfully soft mattress. Antique bedside tables with a reading lamp stand on either side and fluffy lambskins lie in front of them. Two high wardrobes with interior lighting offer plenty of storage space. In front of it is a chest of drawers with 4 drawers and an antique wing mirror above. An antique armchair with side table and reading lamp invite you to read comfortably. Directly from the bed you can see the 55 "flat screen TV and antique champagne glasses are available on the high-gloss sideboard with illuminated showcase ...
The beds are freshly made with great bed linen. An internet connection via W-LAN is included in the price. Washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board can be used.
