Located in Tamarindo, in a secured gated residence community, this luxurious villa is the perfect place for families or groups of friends of up to 10 people. With 4 air conditioned bedrooms, with each their private bathrooms, plus a half bathroom, each guest is guaranteed to have a comfortable stay. The main living/kitchen is an open floor plan with pocket glass doors, which will allow you to create a true indoor/outdoor space. Tamarindo is known worldwide for its spectacular sunsets and the rooftop lounge will allow you to enjoy them on a nightly basis. If you would prefer to watch the sunset from the beach, the beautiful sands of Playa Langosta are just a few steps away from the house.

Fantastic Villa! We were four couples and was setup perfect with separate standalone bedrooms and large central space. Kitchen and outdoor grill area were great and all the blenders and coffee makers you could use! We cooked several nights ourselves and had a chef come in one night - one of her most favorite villas as it has everything she needs! Miguel was a terrific host too!!

Amazing time in Tamarindo

This house is laid out perfectly! The house surrounds a gorgeous pool and each bedroom has it own bathroom. The house is modern and gorgeous. Location in gated community apx 15 min walk to heart of Tamarindo with immediate access to the beach. We would walk the beach and grab coffee or breakfast in Tamarindo every morning. Our son took the golf cart and went surfing everyday. Great house & great host. Miguel was super helpful and wonderful to work with.

Family vacation

I rented this property for my annual family vacation with our kids and their spouses. The property is absolutely beautiful perfect location easy access to beaches and downtown area but far enough away from the hustle and bustle at night. The property manager Miguel was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions or to help with excursions, transportation, etc. would definitely rent this house again. Everyone was super happy no complaints at all.

We loved the location of this house! 10 minute walk down the beach to the town. Or golf cart ride to town. Safe neighborhood, quick access to beach. The rooftop view of the sunsets was perfect. The house had a fun set up. We loved the pool. We had asked for groceries to be delivered as well as golf carts and that did not happen. We got the golf carts on the second day. Miguel was helpful for the most part, minus a few snafus.

Beautiful house, Great Location

We had a wonderful trip! The house fit our group of eight very comfortably. We loved the design of the house with the pool as the center of everything. We rented golf carts to get to town easily, but if you walk along the beach, the town is only about .5 miles from the house. There were beach chairs for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this house!

Great for 2 families

We have travelled to the area several times. We prefer Playa Langosta over Tamarindo because it is quieter and less trafficked , but close enough to walk to Tamarindo beach. This house was perfect for our 2 families of 5 and 4 people. Loved the center pool and sunset view from roof top deck. Well appointed with functional design. Miguel and Jess were welcoming upon arrival and helpful with any questions that arise. Pura Vida!

Nothing short of WOW!

We booked this property for a family vacation with our adult children. It was exceptional and exceeded everyone's expectations. Very clean. The much needed air conditioning worked well, the pool was fabulous as was the outdoor and indoor living space, outdoor showers and well stocked kitchen. Super easy access to the beaches and close to town. The host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions an communicative on the cleaning schedule. Booking was easy and check-in was even easier. We would rent this property again without hesitation should we find ourselves in Tamarindo again.

Fantastic stay in Playa Langosta

This house is simply gorgeous and has everything to make your life easy. It is well located and have easy access to two different beautiful beaches. The pictures represent well the house and you won't be disappointed. Miguel is a very attentive host and answer quickly and efficiently to any request. He is even a very good surf instructor so don't hesitate to hire him. The whole family just loved him! We strongly recommend that you book in advance a golf cart as Tamarindo is a 20 minutes walk and the closest grocery is a 10 minute walk. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing experience!

Our group had an incredible time here. The house set up with 4 private suites is perfect. When we weren’t at the beach (steps away from the house) or exploring Tamarindo, the pool and roof top deck were the perfect hangout spots. The sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef could need. Miguel was fantastic. We had a golf cart waiting for us upon arrival; we stopped in at his restaurant and had the best lunch; we took surf lessons from him and played with his surfing dog, Zoe. We were in the Tamarindo area for a wedding, and Miguel arranged transportation to and from our events and then to the Liberia Airport. Everything was first class. Highly recommend Miguel and this property!

Perfect for Family Reunion

We loved this house because it was perfectly configured to accommodate in great comfort ours family's long planned reunion. We have 4 18+ daughters 2 with fiances and the house had amenities and layout perfectly complemented our gathering. The location is superb in as much as it is situated between Tamarindo and its bustling beach and the beautiful and private Playa Langosta. All of which is with in comfortbale walking distance. We felt safe there and Miguel our concierge/property manager was easily available to us for scheduling tours, meals or any needs with the property. He gave great surfing lessons. Great stay in Tamarindo!

We just spent a week at this property and had a great time! Miguel was super helpful with anything we needed and very responsive. The property was perfect for 4 couples as all the bedroom are separate and the pool area, grill, living area and kitchen were all spacious and nice for all of us to relax in! The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. We enjoyed being able to relax at the property or easily go explore Tamarindo. We had a golf cart which made it easy to get around town. The beach was a very short walk away and there was beach chairs and boogie boards for our use. The area was super nice and safe, the neighborhood was even gated. There was some construction noise from a nearby property being built but we tried not to let it bother us very much. The rooftop deck was amazing and we spent lots of time in the pool. Great stay overall and highly recommend!

Tamarindo Treasure

We had a wonderful Christmas at this gorgeous property. Starting from the time of booking, Miguel was a responsive and helpful host. Arrival at the property revealed an absolutely gorgeous house, perfectly set up for a large group. Lots of privacy for each couple and plenty of gathering spaces as well. Proximity to the beach and town was great. We rented golf carts but ended up walking almost everywhere. We spent most afternoons by the pool and made good use of the kitchen, which was extremely well equipped. Pro tips: get your liquor at duty free as you arrive for best selection and price, we didn’t and regretted it. Also, for convenience, you can get your groceries delivered and all ready for you when you arrive. Pura Vida! We hope to be back soon!

Nearly great property with two major issues

This property has so much potential: great location, great layout (especially for groups), well appointed, and clean. Unfortunately however, the property owner is very unresponsive after checkin and 2 major issues happened that significantly affected our stay/ability to enjoy our vacation. The safe in our room stopped working with all of our payment forms inside, and it took nearly 4 hours for the property owner to respond and provide help. On our second day, the water to the entire property turned off. After another 4 hours it took for a response, they were able to restore water for about 15 minutes. The water then went off again mid shower with us all soaped up, and this time, the property owner didn’t respond until the next day basically at check out time. We literally had to go to the store and buy bottled water just to rinse off. Completely ruined our Saturday night plans. In summary, our first day we couldn’t do activities due to the safe issue, the second day we couldn’t shower or have flushing toilets. Combine that with non-existent communication skills, we must warn others to book with caution based on how severely this impacted our trip. Once you’re checked in, you’re on your own no matter how sever the problem. Can’t recommend this property as a result.

Firstly, we want to remind you that we promptly accommodated your request to switch properties just two hours before check-in on the same day due to your dissatisfaction with the original property. Despite our usual policy of a minimum three-night stay, we made an exception and arranged for a two-night stay for you. In less than 30 minutes, we organized transportation and a golf cart, and ensured the house was ready for your arrival. Regarding the water issue you experienced, I personally attended to the problem, although it was later in the evening. Our standard procedure is to have our team prepared well in advance when reservations are made ahead of time. Unfortunately, as I was teaching a surfing lesson, I couldn't come immediately to open the safe. However, the safe functions perfectly and comes with clear instructions. We even provided you with a master key to use in case of any further issues. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced during your stay. Please know that we strive to provide the best possible service to our guests, and your feedback is the only one of its kind since we opened. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Miguel

Fantastic property and even more fantastic host

My family and I (5 adults, 3 kids) stayed at the property in mid-October. The location is great...in a gated neighborhood. Not that there was ever a reason to feel 'gated' was needed. All of the neighboring houses are finished, so no construction noise. Some of the nearby VRBOs would have had houses still being built next door. The setup is great with the kitchen/dining/living being disconnected from the bedrooms. That allows people to go to bed and rise at different times and not disturb others. The pool is perfect for kids. It is also the only house that has its own rooftop viewing area where you can sit and enjoy the sunset and ocean breezes. There are two gates 25 meters away that allow you to walk to the beach...one to the bay-side beach where you can walk to town or go for the morning run. The other gate leads to the ocean-side beach to walk south along the coast. Miguel is one of the best hosts we've ever had. He is always a Whatsapp message away to help arrange excursions, order you fresh fish from local boats delivered to the house, give recommendations for restaurants (Green Papaya and Falafel Bar were our favorites) or beaches, and even has a doctor on standby if needed. He's also just a really nice guy and knows a lot about the area! We would definitely recommend the house and location. Only other recommendations on our end were skip the rental car process at the airport and take a van to and from the house (we used M*rpho vans) and then have a golf cart waiting at the house to go to and from town (we used P*radise Cart Rentals). And we rented cars from N*tional in town (the confusing CDW insurance is included in the rate) for a few days to do our driving/exploring that way. Overall, great experience with both the house and host.

Best part of our trip to Tamarindo!

This property exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 8, two families. The layout of the property could not have been better - everyone had their own space but it all came together in very relaxing and well appointed common areas. Miguel was accessible, helpful and incredibly easy to work with. He connected us with Richard, his chef and between the house, the food and the pool we never wanted to leave! We walked to both Tamarindo and Playa Langosta but also had a golf cart to simplify getting in and out of Tamarindo which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
