This place was perfect for our two families with lots of space to spread out. The pool, waterslide and pickleball court kept us entertained all weekend long. The house manager was super responsive and quickly answered any of our questions. We had a wonderful stay.

Host was great! Communication was quick. The house was perfect for us and all our friends. Very spacious, clean lots of extras for us to use in the kitchen. We had a blast and would come back for sure.

Our group of nine senior friends had a great stay for New Year’s at the cholla house. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us easily. we enjoyed the hot tub, but had difficulty programming the functions. The property manager was super helpful and patient in taking care of the problem for us. The location is good, close to shopping and golf. Would stay again.

This was the perfect place for our family 9 adults, 3 teens down to 3 and 3 almost 1 year olds to stay. It was so spacious and beautifully laid out! The kitchen/dining area was the hub. The big tv area kept the sports enthusiasts happy and the smaller tv living area kept everyone else cozy and happy. The backyard had all the fun an entertainment with pool, jacuzzi and pickleball court as well as lovely fire place, outdoor kitchenand plenty of tables and seating for everyone. We could be as close together or far apart as we wanted and everyone left happy and with great memories!! I must say, there was also all the pots, pans and kitchen supplies that we would ever need!

Nohemi made the check-in process seamless! The property was a great value for the cost, very well located, and exactly as represented online.We did not use the pool, but did take advantage of the hot tub, which was wonderful. A couple of us also played Pickleball, and enjoyed that amenity very much. The only major concerns of our group of ladies were the following:The icemaker does need to be repaired or replaced.The tablet that operates the hot tub is not user-friendly, and we needed to contact Nohemi to run it. The broken window in the front master bedroom needed to be replaced before a new group of guests arrived.The bath towels and beach towels were plentiful, but nearing the end of their appropriateness for the high-level Vrbo that is the Cholla House. While it was nice to have some bottled and canned beverages left in the refrigerators by previous guests, leaving perishable items in the refrigerators was not. With my background (B.S. in Food and Nutrition), I recommend that your cleaning team dispose of those perishable items.Those concerns are easily dealt with, and would make a small but noticeable difference.

We loved our stay here! Massive backyard, we grilled, swam, played pickleball and had plenty of room for everyone who stayed plus a few more people who visited during the day. Gorgeous view, games and noodles for the pool, chairs galore and so many comfy beds to sleep in. All the utilities for cooking in the massive kitchen and big tvs for watching the games all weekend long with a fun decor. Site manager was available for communication with any questions we had at any time. Highly recommend this VRBO. It was a weekend we will never forget

We were visiting Arizona to lay a family member to rest. Sad occasion, but this home helped lift spirits. It's a beautiful home and spacious enough to have loved ones together in time of need. The pickle ball and pool helped as well.Management was quick to respond and helpful with all questions that popped up.There is ample parking space, it's quiet in the evenings, close to stores and restaurants!I don't what else I can say, only that we truly appreciated this home!

This was our second time staying here! Perfect for all of us, love that we can play pickleball all day and relax by the pool. Also nice that every couple has their own space.

Golf Trip

This was our second time staying at the Cholla house for a guys golf trip and similar to our first stay .. did not disappoint. The house has everything you need to relax after playing a round or two of golf. Everyone slept comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Can’t recommend this property enough for anyone traveling to the desert. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you next year!

This was the perfect spot for our recent golf trip to Scottsdale. Plenty of room and plenty of beds for our group. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and jacuzzi. The property manager was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues, too. We will definitely return to this location in the future!

Great house

Very nice house with great amenities . Location is good but I wish we were closer to downtown Scottsdale. We had no complaints.

Can't say enough good things about the people, property and process! These were the best communicators. Everything was clearly laid out, easy to use or find and just terrific. The property itself was incredible. We have a large family and were in town to visit with family. It easily accommodated us and was so comfortable with multiple sitting areas, beautiful yard, numerous fridges and washing machines. It really was perfect for our needs. Location was so convenient for us as well. I can't say enough good things about this experience, just that I hope we have the opportunity to be back and stay here again so soon. Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us!

Large, spacious house in convenient location

This house provides enough beds and bathrooms for a large family or golf group. A great kitchen helps to draw everyone together for meal preparation while the pool/outside patio draws everyone together for dinner. A wonderful choice.
