The Space
This 5-bedroom home sleeps 10 comfortably across four bedrooms in the main house and a stunning private casita. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner's closet.
A note on the casita: It's consistently one of our most raved-about features — modern, private, and beautifully designed. It includes a vanity sink but no toilet or shower (those are in the main house). Tradition around here says whoever books the trip gets first dibs. We don't make the rules… actually, we just did. 😉
Bedrooms
Five bedrooms total — one king and four queens — dressed in luxury linens with hypoallergenic pillow options. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, and every room has a Roku Smart TV.

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

The cameras are not monitored during stays however recordings will be reviewed if notified of noise complaints or if undisclosed damage is discovered.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.
Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
