Spacefull penthouse (70 sq.m.) accessible by elevator, in quite area of Nea Chora just next to the park. Meters away you may find the sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and fishtaverns. Within a walking distance of 5 minutes you may find the Old Venetian Town of Chania with the famous lighthouse, old walls, narrow picturesque streets, many restaurants and local tavernas and bars. City center for shopping is 200 meters away. The location is ideal for walks and rides with bikes. In the neighborhood you may find all the necessary amenities such as bakery, mini market, fish store, grocery with high quality local products to enjoy! The apartment provides a big furnished veranda to relax with city view and the famous Cretan White Mountains. Additionally there is a small balcony with sea view. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons and consists of one bedroom with double bed and TV, a joined bedroom with one single bed and a living room with a sofa bed which can turn to a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and electrical devices for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Zentrale Lage & toller Balkon

Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt in Chania ideal & wir wurden herzlichen durch die Unterkunft geführt & bekamen Tipps. Als das Wasser einmal kalt war hat der Gastgeber leider nicht mehr auf meine Nachricht geantwortet, zum Glück hat sich das Problem gelöst gehabt. Wir hätten aufgrund des Aufenthalts von 3 Nächten ein zweites Duschhandtuch begrüßt. Was etwas eklig war, waren die toten (zerdrückten) Mücken an den Wänden. Ich kann die Unterkunft dennoch empfehlen.
