Experience Chania like a local in this 2-bedroom apartment. The charming space features 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, an iron, and a washing machine. Orpheus house is a wonderful apartment located at Koum Kapi beach . It offers great panoramic view looking directly at the sea of Koum Kapi and the sunrise and it’s located few steps from old Town.
The beautiful balcony has great view at the beach (wonderful sunrise view) . It has been recently renovated and most of the art crafts have been made by me. It has modern and vintage touches , original artworks and antiques which i have restored personally with love and passion. There is a 32'TV, 2 airconditions , and very fast internet wifi 100Mbs . If you need a crib and a high chair bath for a baby , or kids toys message me to set it up before your arrival.
Old town and city center is very close(1-3min).
Koum Kapi beach is in front of the house.
Every Saturday there is a Local Open Market with fresh local products near the house .
Free parking lot near the apartment and free street parking .
The panoramic view of the sea and the sound of waves at night will accompany you at your nights.Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Chania.

What a fantastic location! Walking distance to old town Chania & a million different food options. Breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea! A phenomenal host & well worth the cost. Wonderful trip was had by all!

Excellent location

Chania is a highly touristic area and this location sits on the edge of the congestion but is quiet and has a phenomenal view. The apartment is perfectly appointed and has everything you’d need for a home away from home. The host Katerina is gracious kind and responds quickly should you have any issues

Great location, view, and host

We slept well, which is the most important thing for us. I don't know if it would be different in summer, but during our stay in November, the soundproofing ensured that any noise from the nearby restaurants was no problem. We only heard occasional normal muffled sounds that you would expect from other apartments in the building. It was quiet all night. We didn't have a car, so it was great to be able to walk to everything in town. The view was at least as good as the photos showed, and the amenities (including wifi) all worked well. Check-in was easy, and the host was very friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. We would happily stay here again.

Koum Kapi is a great district , its full of history , in front of the water and very close to everything!

Location is ideal, the apartment is across the sea which means it not only have amazing views but also is breezy on summer days. You can walk in to the old town in 2minutes and the city center in 2 minutes, very central but very quite mostly because its a locals spot. Many restaurants and cafes are located beneath the apartment so you can easily find to grab a bite or a coffee. But most of all you sleep under the sound of waves.
