Cozy private bungalow - Hot Tub - Walk to Lake Michigan!

Welcome to the Harbert Bungalow! Our newly renovated private guest house is located along the Red Arrow Bike path; just a 1 mile walk/bike to the the beach and directly across the street from the Harbert Community Park. Enjoy all Harbor Country has to offer while staying in your own cozy bungalow with a tropical-inspired interior and private luxury outdoor space.

Beach Access: The Bungalow is located 1 mile from Harbert Beach on Lake Michigan. This is a small local beach which can be reached via walking or biking. Both Cherry Beach and Warren Dunes State Park are about a 3 minute drive and offer parking.

Outdoor space: This property includes a private fenced outdoor space which includes patio string lights, hot tub, lounge chairs, dining set, fire pit, hammock and BBQ grill.

We are also within walking distance of a few wonderful dining options: Gather, Cafe Gulistan and Harbert Swedish Bakery/Louisa's Cafe.

The bungalow was exactly what we needed after dropping off our son at Michigan State. It was a perfect location to get to Warren Dunes State Park, Harbert Beach and the towns of Union Pier (go to Tapa Taco!) and New Buffalo (go to Issa Vibe Cafe!). Don’t forget the 1 minute walk to Fulcra Brewing Company! We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was stocked with everything you need to cook, just bring your ingredients! We would definitely book again! Thanks!

Wonderful Rainy Stay!

Everything about our stay was flawless. The communication was great- insightful and friendly. They were flexible with check in due to storms. The included amenities- hot tub, hammock, fire pit, games, and snacks were a great addition. The home design was beautiful and well done. We can’t wait to return.

Great Stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The house is ADORABLE and the hosts provided several 'extras' to make the stay a bit more comfortable. The property is in a great location that is not busy, but it is close to all the 'hot spots' in this area. The weather was extremely hot while we were in the area, so we did not utilize the hot tub or bikes while staying here. We would stay here again!

They have made the most of this bungalow. Well decorated, clean, and located close to the beach. Our only issue was the bed which was a bit small for us because we are used to a king.

nice place

clean very well kept, comfortable, would consider staying again but...took a call to to owner figure out heating, was very cold inside, better instructions would be helpful. The TV system sucks. Don't watch a lot pf TV on these trips but with the football over the weekend when we were at the bungalow, couldn't find national broadcast channels, just to check on games. 1000 channels and nothing on them but old TV shows and idiots blabbing so we just turned it off. Hot tub was very nice.

Amazing Bungalow

Beautiful and cozy bungalow near the beach! Absolutely loved staying here and plan to come back! Everything we needed was provided for us and the hot tub on a cool fall. Michigan evening was lovely! I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house

My husband and I enjoyed a couple day stay here. We appreciated how new the house was, the comfy furniture, beautiful decor, the private sunny patio with the hot tub. We rode bikes on the bikes provided, and liked how the bike path was right in front of the house and also being so close to beautiful Lake Michigan. Great communication with owners, would definitely recommend this gem to anyone!
