This is as if your friend with an eye for design and a green thumb said you could use their place. It is someone’s actual house so you’re either comfortable with that or not but the experience is that everything you need is there, it’s spotlessly clean and comfortably well appointed. Art, plants, vibes- this place has it all. Ideally located and a welcome respite from the chaos of move-in weekend.

This was my birthday retreat and a retreat it was/ Is!!!First and foremost the plants are so beautiful and well maintained. We loved the wrap around porch with multiple seating areas. We were able to enjoy the nature in a city setting which says a lot. I loved our host she was so accommodating and responsive even when I locked us out. The inside is decorated so beautifully as well. Very clean!!Please don’t hesitate to book this GEM!!

Spring break 2025

We stayed for one day so my son could enjoy the river for his spring break. This place was perfect for that and everything is very close by if you decide to Uber or walk. This place was very quite and relaxing.

Sweet and peaceful home with its own personality.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Heritage from booking to checking out. We loved the decorations and enjoyed the perfect location. We hope Heritage will be available next time we come back to San Marcos!
