Pet friendly (extra fee),clean, and nicely renovated. Enjoy the 1 bedroom and 1 bath house with a King size bed, open living concept, central heat and air, full kitchen, dining, laundry room, BBQ, and outdoor patio. 2 RV's with full hook ups will allow additional guests at an additional cost per day. Ask host about fees. Discount for stays over 30 days

Nice location and home

This location and home worked well for us. We had a small birthday party for our dad out front and it worked out great! The pullout bed in the living room was less than ideal and should be replaced, so my sister and I slept in the main bedroom together. Thankfully we did not “need” an extra bed, but something to consider if you truly need two beds. There’s a washer and dryer which is nice if you plan on staying long term. Other than that, we really liked it.

Pretty good experience

The stay here was pretty good. There was dog hair from the previous renter but we came in just a day after they left so it was somewhat understandable. Janette the owner was very responsive and nice. We stayed for almost a month. The only recommendation I would have is if your staying for a while o would bring a mattress pad or something as the bed in the bedroom and the ones on the pull outs are very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. But we made do. The neighborhood was great right there in the foothills. My father in law stayed on his motorhome out in front of the house and that worked out great. It was a little pricey but all on all it was a very good experience.

You may see golf carts cruising around the
neighborhood. Check local laws regarding road use of licensed/unlicensed vehicle use. Fun area to ride bikes, electric bikes and nearby desert areas for
motorcycles/ATV's. Big lot great for parking as well as some street parking if needed.

Nice residential neighborhood is well kept with good neighbors. Please respect neighbors quiet time and privacy. Best practice is to start quiet time outside by 8-9 pm. There are some fabulous skies
to see at night enjoy the beauty. There can be mosquitos in AZ so be mindful with doors and screens and personal care.
