Beautiful place to stay

We are so glad we chose this property to stay at! It was perfect for our party of 7, including 2 kids. We had everything we needed and more, super clean and well organized. Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part about staying here was the kiddie pool. If you have a larger family, staying here is a must!

Quiet & relaxing

It was a bit confusing to get nack to the building once we arrived at the resort, but all the resort staff were friendly and patient helping us to get where we needed to be. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of space for everyone. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but maintenance and the owner were incredibly responsive and resolved the issues quickly and with very little inconvenience. The property is quiet and well suited for families. We enjoyed the 3 pools and spent much of our time either there or relaxing on the balcony. There was so much space we felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves.

Stunning location

This was the perfect location for our group. Right on a beautiful beach! Villa was clean and well stocked. The host was quick to communicate. Would absolutely stay again.

Palmas 2024

We LOVED the Villa! It had lots of room and a wonderful balcony with a great view! We had many meals and morning coffee on it. Crescent Beach has great pools and everyone was very friendly! We had no issues. Kitchen was well equipped. We were very happy!

Great location on beach, beautiful place!

My adult children and twin 9 year olds loved the location on the beach. It is just like the pics! Full kitchen, great balcony with more than enough room for all 7 of us! Walk to beach (just past pools)! Loved it!

Beautiful View Nice Condo

The condo is well priced for what you get. It’s comfortable and clean and in a very nice area. Having 3 bedrooms (one with two beds) and 3 bathrooms was ideal for four adults. There was a toilet that was clogged when we arrived and it took two visits from the handyman to fix it but I can’t complain about the owner’s responsiveness. The air conditioning worked well. I do recommend some updates in the kitchen, for example fry pans have lost their nonstick coating. The view from the condo is gorgeous and the pools and grounds are wonderful. We had the 3 pools all to ourselves most of the time. There were very few other people around, maybe because of the time of year. I think it’s the rainy season but we were lucky to have very nice weather during most of our stay. One disappointment was the beach, we couldn’t swim there, waves were very rough and there were riptides. Again, maybe the time of year. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend visiting Puerto Rico, the people are wonderful.

Great trip

The location of the Villa was great. We enjoyed the amenities, ocean view, pools and local restaurants. Our family was very pleased after 7 wonderful days of relaxation.

Everything was great except for the AC situation one of the rooms had no air coming from the vent the one next to the the living room, other than that it was really nice place to stay. Host was very quick to respond.

Family vacation

Immaculate well kept grounds, beautiful front beach view, nice location, up to date appliances and decor throughout the condo. The host of the condo, Greg responds back to any questions promptly when notified. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Family vacation

We couldn’t wait to get there, and we weren’t disappointed. The condo was spacious for our group of seven adults, and we loved the layout. The view was amazing and the pools and grounds were always clean. Greg was a super host, sharing all the information we needed before our arrival. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Views/Nice Breeze

The property is in a beautiful gated community; it is very safe. There are some restaurants and small grocery there. The condo is beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the patio; it was always shaded and had a nice breeze. The one issue we had was the seaweed on the beach. It is very thick and I could only walk the beach a couple of the days. There was a tractor that went down the beach to clean up the palm leaves, but they never cleaned up the seaweed. There were not many other people at the condo community; I'm not sure if this is because we were there in early June. It was nice that it wasn't crowded. We never had to worry about getting a chair by the pool. The location is good; it is about an hour from Old San Juan and the El Yunque National Forest. We rented a car so we had no issues getting around. Ralph's is a grocery that is close by and the prices are much better than Wal-mart. Also Wal-mart was a mad house; very crowded. The people of Puerto Rico were very friendly and helpful. We had to learn "island time". When we went out to dinner or lunch it usually took about 2 hours; no one is in a hurry. This is ok if you are prepared. I learned to have a snack before going out so I wasn't so hungry when our food arrived. Overall we had a great time and was happy with our stay.

Dream setting with postcard views! Great location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greg's Villa. Palmas Del Mar is a huge resort facility and this community is double gated. The Villa is renovated beautifully and tastefully with every comfort and need met. Greg is a very gracious and informative host and has put together the most informative and comprehensive binder for guests that I have ever seen in all of our years of utilizing VRBO. It is fantastic! The views are remarkable from the large and lovely porch/veranda - right out at the ocean and palm trees. It is all out of a dream. We enjoyed the pools and the staff were very friendly and informative as well on site. There are beautiful walking paths and golf cart paths all over the complex - great for walking, running or riding. There are also several restaurants right in the Palmas Del Mar resort that we enjoyed. We were only 35 min drive away from Fajardo - for snorkeling ventures and bioluminescent bay kayaking trips,and about 45 min from El Yunque rain forest which is also fantastic. About 55 minutes from San Juan and old San Juan. I recommend renting a golf cart from Target rental - which is also right on the property - we had great family fun touring around in the evenings and mornings on the golf cart and there are iguanas to see, birds and a pond with turtles that even my teens loved to see and feed (cheerios). I can't say enough good things about this property. It is a hidden gem and we would definitely stay in this beautiful haven again!

Great view and roaches! Yuk. Turns my stomach still.

Nice place, nice community, nice location, nice ocean, nice to see family. Not nice to kill roaches everyday. Yes, contacted VRBO and they sent a bug sprayer out the next day by noon. In effective. The roaches got used to that spray and did not care about it. We could not cook there, I had literally clean out the coffee make to even see if it would work, bugs kept coming out of it for days. I bought roach traps, and roach hotels and put them in every corner we could find. My wife is deathly afraid of roaches. I was not going to review, but VRBO kept asking.

Peaceful

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the big city, this is it! We had a wonderful time. The property was fantastic. Nicely stocked kitchen. Clean. Spacious. Having coffee on the lanai was beautiful. Loved the oceanview. We all enjoyed the pools. Walmart and other shopping areas were just a 15 minute drive away. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay

My children (10 and 8), my husband, my mom and I had an amazing time at the condo. The patio is perfect for morning relaxing and evening fun with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was fully stocked and ready for us. We stayed at the pool most of the time but ventured out to a couple of close places, rainforest and black sand beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
