PR Christmas Family Vacation 2024

Excellent location making it convenient to go to the hotel for coffee and eat lunch at their restaurant and cafe. Quick walk to the beach was a plus. House was comfortable for our group to spread out. However living room furniture could be updated, not comfortable. It also needs a working space. I had to work during my stay and no extra plugs to plug computer and or printer unless it was at the dining room table. The porch could use and owning to prevent everything getting wet from rain.

Blue Horizon

Condo very clean and well stocked for a large family. However once checked in very difficult to contact management left several messages no response. Bedding was insufficient for our party and not as shown on vrbo website. No casino on site as advertised. A/c very difficult to control. Intermittent hot water in all bathrooms. Sensor in hallway light keeps turning on in the middle of night. Bathroom #3 showerhead was loose and could not be manipulated as desired. Only games available were two decks of cards & dominos. No books or movies available. No children activities available on resort. Jacuzzi had warm water. Overall resort experience was disappointing at best

Family vacation

Lovely property, well maintained, with a good view over palm trees and ocean and easy access to the beach. One problem was that there was no control of the thermostat in individual rooms on the upper floor. Family members who slept there either froze or roasted. Marco Polo representatives were usually helpful when we called with a problem, but sometimes were very rude! One rep accused us of inviting extra visitors when we called to request extra blankets! That was offensive to our family group.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful location with great amenities. Could have been cleaner but would definitely stay here again. A lot more room than I expected and the view is breathtaking. Pictures do not do justice. Security was not very friendly but I guess they’re just doing their job. The beach is not safe to swim as we saw several manatees but easy drive to Luquillo Beach which is also nearby El Yunque Rainforest.

Family vacation

The place was easy to find with the directions we got. We were a group of 7 grown ups and and 11 year of boy, we had 2 pools and a hot tub for us for about 10 days out of 11. The place is clean and well equip. The kitchen had everything we need it to cook, the utility closet was full of beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. Nice and quiet area and beautiful neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants, especially the restaurant inside Palmas del Mar (Lady's ) the food is awsome. I know that we will be back soon,

Pretty views!

Great property for a weekend group gathering. Beautiful location for golf and tennis players. Don’t count on hanging out at the beach. Too much seaweed. But the property has access to a pool. 👍🏼

Amazing

Pictures do not to this place justice! Plenty of room for a family of 8 to spread out. The view is amazing as well. The beach isn’t good for swimming but honestly it’s the perfect excuse to go explore Puerto Rico’s other stunning beaches, El Yunque, & the rich culture outside of Palmas Del Mar. We would without a doubt return to this beautiful condo.
