We had an excellent 10-day stay at this condo in Palmas Del Mar. The space was perfect for our family, with each person having their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it very comfortable. It’s a quiet, quaint spot with plenty of charm, and the owners were very responsive and prompt whenever we needed anything.The condo itself could use a few minor maintenance updates, which is understandable given its location right on the ocean—salt air takes a toll. Nothing major, just small things that would freshen it up. The air conditioning systems were a little finicky at first, but we managed to sort them out and stayed comfortable.The description of the property was very accurate, especially regarding its location. We loved being so close to the water, with easy access to the ferry port for Crab Island, as well as being near Fajardo and the rainforest entrance. The condo complex was well cared for—the grounds staff maintained the pool and landscaping daily, which kept everything looking great.Overall, we loved our vacation and would absolutely stay here again.

Jay was outstanding and a wonderful host. He was very helpful before we even departed for PR and addressed all our questions.Our refrigerator broke and he had a brand new one the next day. The air conditioning works great which is a must in PR. The property is conveniently located. The check in and check out process was super smooth.Thanks, Jay for a great time in PR.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The property was just as described—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. We did have a couple of minor issues when we first arrived, but the host, Jay, was incredibly attentive and responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and made us feel very welcome. His warm and accommodating nature really made a difference in our trip. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Our group of 5 very much enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The beach was just a few steps from the unit and was very private - not many people other than us each time we went. This beach was taking on quite a bit of seaweed during our time in PR, so we drove to El Cocal beach nearby (upon the owner's recommendation), which had no seaweed and was beautiful (and no crowds!). The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen/living areas in this unit were exactly as pictured in the app. It took us a few tries to get the hang of the best way to use the AC units in each of the rooms, but only because we are used to central A/C - once we got the hang of it, we were able to keep all the rooms very cool and comfortable :). We did have issues with the terrace door not securing properly, so we didn't really utilize the terrace during our stay. The host (Jay), was very responsive to us notifying him of the terrace door latch issue. Jay also provided us with an itinerary for a wonderful afternoon of exploring a few spots along our side of the island (starting with El Cocal beach). His itinerary included links to use in navigation apps, so it was very easy to get around. The check in instructions were also very helpful. Overall, I would recommend this rental, as the complex and surrounding Palmas del Mar resort area is beautiful, safe, and well-maintained.

Prime location

Prime location inside the beautiful resort community of Palmas Del Mar. If you plan on exploring all the community has to offer, I recommend renting a golf cart from the Wyndham Resort which is a short walk from this villa. Jay was very responsive and assisted us with various items. We had a wonderful week and are already planning our next trip back.

The perfect location :)

Jay's home was amazing! It had the most gorgeous ocean view - it was literally just the grass, the pool, and the beach all around us. The top floor even had a huge deck for all of us to sit and enjoy. Jay's place had everything - including a washer/dryer that we used quite often with all the pool and beach visits :). His home even had what we needed for the beach & pool - beach chairs and boogie boards & well stocked with regular towels and beach towels. He was so helpful and welcoming, as well. Thank you Jay! I hope we will be back soon. The kids are already asking when we are going back again :)

Perfect location for us

We had 6. 4 college age girls and 2 parents. We did the rainforest tour, bioluminescent bay, snorkeling, and Old San Juan. It was the perfect location to do these things within equal driving distance. We also enjoyed the pool and beach there plenty. The place was nice and clean. Any issues Jay was on immediately and the communication was great

Spectacular views

The Host was amazing very helpful and attentive. We did have a couple issues and he resolved them right away. The location is wonderful! There were multiple families staying nearby that traveled with us and all visited this property during our stay wished they booked it. I highly recommend, clean, comfortable and spectacular views!

Wonderful vacation, beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay in Palmas del Mar, Crescent Cove Villa. Jay was hospitable and quick to answer our questions. The villa is spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The Palmas del Mar complex had wonderful restaurants to visit. We spent 13 days in PR and can't wait to visit the island again. We especially enjoyed the fact that the two main bedrooms both had bathrooms attached as we were traveling with another couple. The pool was wonderful for our nightly swims as well. Thank you Jay for your hospitality and quick responses.

Great location on the beach

The gated community where the villa was located, was well situated on the island. We were easily able to drive to the El Yunque rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, Old San Juan, and diving/snorkeling trips in Fajardo from this area. The community also has some great restaurants which were really convenient. The Complex itself was very nice and right on the beach. We loved the shaded area by the pool. Our unit was well equipped for our group of five adults. The beds were comfortable, nice big dining table, huge television, half bath on main floor was helpful, darkening shades on the windows helped us sleep and we loved the rooftop patio, especially at night. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and lots of bath and beach towels available. We also appreciated the folding beach chairs. The owner was super responsive and awesome to work with. We had just a couple of maintenance issues that probably need a look. The third floor air conditioner was super unpredictable and would just randomly turn off no matter how we set it. The balcony door on the main floor was super hard to open and close. An alarm on the main refrigerator in the kitchen kept going off to tell us the temperature was too warm, so we had to use the smaller refrigerators for meat and dairy. None of these were a super big deal, but probably need a little maintenance. Overall we had a great trip. We would stay there again.

Family stay

Nice property close to beach and pool. Jay was great to work with and assisted with a secondary wifi option when local service was down. Visited several of the restaurants in Plamas, and enjoyed each one! thanks

Perfect family location

We spent a week at this lovely property with our 3 children, plenty of space for all of us, very comfortable Each bedroom has its own AC which allowed us to sleep in the heat! Absolutely gorgeous sunrises from the 3rd floor balcony and beach. The property is very quiet perfectly for families with little ones. The pool was great for our 5 year old, felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. Although there were tons of people out in the ocean, there was a rip current advisory for the island, so we utilized the pool more than we normally would. We rented golf carts from Target and cruised around the community, it was an absolute blast. I also recommend you take a trip over to Vieques, we had a blast there as well, only a short ferry ride from Ceiba! The wild horses and snorkeling were incredible!

Wonderful Stay!!

The location is absolutely beautiful!!! To wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves was just amazing and peaceful!! The pool is also great, love that it’s not too deep which makes it safer for the kiddos, in addition you can just lay peacefully and get a tan!! Not too far (4 minutes) there is a plaza, which has a great little food market (open late), yogurt spot, and several restaurants with great food!!! There was also a local fresh fish market very close by and a Walmart too. Jay was very attentive to our needs and overall was very pleasant!!! The rental property was very spacious and had all that was needed for my family of 5 and more. We look forward to staying here again!! Thanks you Jay!

A few understandable minor issues that were resolved promptly and with empathy. If you love Southeastern PR this is a great unit and sleep with the ocean. Great owner and top notch service!
