The house is in amazing location. Can walk to the beach, Crows Nest and El Palomar restaurants. Big beautiful windows in the living room for awesome views of the ocean! Spacious and comfortable house!

Fun family stay

We stayed with grandparents, parents, and kids age 10-15. The house was fantastic. Great location. This was our second time staying and we’ll certainly book again in the future.

Everything We Had Hoped For

Our family group ages 86 to 17 enjoyed this beautiful home for its quality and its location close to the marina and the beach. Three levels provided a lot of privacy when needed and the upper level kitchen/living room was spacious enough for 10 people to gather comfortably. The giant windows provided lots of light and view of Monterey Bat, beach, and active marina. Hosts and crew were very responsive when needed. I would not hesitate to return.

Great Location

I stayed at this property with my husband, sons and some of their friends. The location was great a short walk to the beach and food. The volleyball and boogie boarding was a blast and you can have fires on the beach at night. Would definitely rent again.

Fun girls weekend!

Great location at the Santa Cruz yacht harbor. Perfect for a weekend to do no driving. Restaurants, beach and coffee shop all right outside the door. House is lovely and just right for hang out and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Our favorite Santa Cruz Rental

Whenever we come down to Santa Cruz, which is often, we try to stay at this beautiful home. The location is fantastic - across the street from the boat harbor. A very quick drive to everything that you want to do In Santa Cruz and across the street from twin Lakes Beach, which we love. Great view of the harbor and the ocean from the living room. Can’t wait to get back there again!

Great location and excellent house design.

This is one of the best properties in the area and one of the best areas in Santa Cruz. The house design, views and amenities are top notch. It is about a three minute walk to the beach, the Crow's Nest, and paddleboard rentals. Easy access to the road around the harbor, which is great for walking dogs. We have stayed at the house multiple times and will be back again next year.

Spacious home in beautiful, convenient setting

We had 3 generations - grandparents, parents and 3 children, ages 9-13 - staying for Labor Day weekend. This 3-level home is spacious and well located for panoramic marina views and a very short walk to the beach. Property manager was responsive to any/all questions asked before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic vacation in a lovely home at a very enjoyable location.

We loved the location for our family vacation. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. the view of the harbor was so much fun to be able to watch all the activity and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The stairs were a bit of the challenge for Great Grandma, but everything else made up for it. (plus she needed the exercise) The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars for cleanliness was because the cleaning crew had not put the clean sheets back on the beds, or finished washing the towels. The house itself was very clean.

Wayyy better than expected!

I’m a local resident that had a group of friends visiting for the weekend. I typically find that VRBO listings look better than the real thing. That is definitely not the case here! For me and my friends that stayed, we were all legitimately impressed with the size and decor of the property- especially with so many social spaces/ room to move/ views of the harbor. If you want to visit Santa Cruz, be in a scenic, centralized, and very accommodating habitat- this will be hard to beat.

THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT!

This house is in a great location. My family was there for my niece's wedding on the beach at the Crow's Nest. A lot of fun activities to do in the area. My family really enjoyed the house and the location. My only disappointment was that for a family of eight, there wasn't enough toilet paper and paper towels. I had to go out and purchase these extra items. In all the other homes that we have rented, there were always enough of these supplies.

End of school year family getaway

The house was even nicer than we expected from the pictures! Beautiful tri-level home was perfect for our 4 college and high school kids- older kids got their own rooms and the younger ones had a cool game room and bedroom on their floor. The location was great- close enough to see the ocean and docks and to run back and forth to the beach, but just far enough that we really felt relaxed there. The garage was stocked with bikes (we used multiple time!) and towels and even other beach things for young kids. We all loved hanging out at this house in the living room upstairs. Big windows and lots of light and awesome sailboats going by. Thanks for a great stay!

Santa Cruz getaway

This is a beautiful property. We are a family of 8. 6 adults and two children. Our original plan was to sail our boat down from San Francisco Bay and have our adult children and the two grandkids stay in the house while we stayed on the boat in the harbor just across the street. Because of a small craft warning that weekend along the coast, we could not sail and ended up at the house, which was big enough for everyone. We had a great time, in spite of the weather. We are already planning our next trip/sail to this property.
