We did try and assist you on the matter but never heard back so we assumed the Wi-Fi starting working again after the reset. Once you decided to take it and the payment was fully processed that same day, we were unfortunately unable to issue a refund, as all sales are final. We understand that unforeseen circumstances with your pet care prevented you from staying the extra night, and we regret that it didn’t work out as planned. Hello, we are so sorry to hear about such a bad experience as we strive to provide our guests with a 5 star stay! There had recently been a roof leak which has been repaired however the contractor had not yet repainted the 2 spots. We use a professional cleaning company and do quality inspections as well. We spoke with you several times during your stay and you never mentioned any of the items above. The listing does state the honest location of this condo in the top lines. The HOA is the ones that set up the security schedules. Unfortunately we have no control over the hours they work on premise. We are in office 7 days a week and we are always prompt to answer all of our calls. We do have an answering service for after hours emergencies as well. We have contacted the HOA about the after hours trespassing at the pool and hope they come to some resolve asap. Once again we are sorry your stay was not all you had hoped for. Thanks NBE
