We have hosted many happy guests at Kite Beach Condos and take pride in providing clean, comfortable stays and responsive communication.

Completely rebuilt in January 2026, this ground-floor beachfront condo sits just 30 steps from the sand at world-famous Kite Beach.
It features the newest and most extensively renovated interior at Kite Beach Condos, with high-quality imported finishes and all-new furnishings throughout. High-speed 200 Mbps Wi-Fi (interior plus works on decks and pool area).
The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with partial ocean views and direct access to a private garden patio with outdoor dining.

The modern kitchen includes:
• full-size refrigerator and freezer
