Our home is in the Center of Beach Haven. It is a Large Raised Ranch (almost 2400 square feet) located in the Center of Town within walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. (Located 1 block from the Marlin, Buckalew's and Murphy's Market)

The home has lots of great space. The top floor contains a beautiful brand new open living room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. The kitchen has granite counter tops, Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, and a cottage dinning table with seating for 8 adults. The kitchen also has a large center island that sits 4 comfortably. The open living room has a large flat screen TV with lots of new furniture sitting on hardwood floors. The same floor has two bedrooms (One with twin beds and the other with a queen) and a completely renovated bathroom with tile floor, granite vanity top, Toto toilet (best flushing) and bathtub/shower combination.

The lower level contains a large entry foyer that leads to the twin captain bedroom as we like to call it, new half bath, laundry room, garage and new master bedroom. Inside the master bedroom you have separate his and her closets, king size bed, and a large bathroom with double sinks, toilet and large tile shower with all the latest shower technology both streaming and handheld. We also have an outdoor shower with a dressing room so you can clean up easily when you come home from the beach.

This home is located in the center of town so you can park your car and walk everywhere. For those of you familiar with Beach Haven it is one block from Murphy's market, 7 blocks from Fantasy Island, and 9 blocks from Bay Village.

Our home includes beach badges, beach chairs and a beach cart to make it easy to take everything to the beach. The outdoor deck has a Weber natural gas grill (so you never have to change a tank), and dining for 10 people.

Our 2018 weekly rate in July and August is $3,700. All other rates listed on the VRBO website are for ESTIMATE PURPOSES. Please email or call for EXACT DISCOUNTED RATES FOR April, May, June, September and October. Will customize dates in off season to accommodate long weekends.

We do NOT rent to any prom groups, high school students or college students.

About Mark Russo

We have spent our summers growing up in Beach Haven and have purchased this house many years ago. We did a complete renovation of the house in 2014 and use it for our personal family vacations as well as rent it part of the summer.

Why Mark Russo chose Long Beach Island

It is the perfect location in the center of Beach Haven. The common living area is a great place to gather for adults and kids. We have had many wedding guests and parties use it in the off season as it is centrally located.

What makes this house unique

Lots of privacy having a two level home with bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors so it is great if you want to be all together or needs some privacy.

Great Week and a Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was everything and more then we expected and we can't wait to stay again! Mark was very accommodating and quick in response.

The house is centrally located to anything and everything you may need. Although we didn't get a chance to use the beach gear, everything was provided in the garage which makes packing/travelling that much easier.

Perfect location! House is in excellent condition . The house was very clean . Every thing was new in the home. Owner had many beach amenities for the beach for our use in the garage. This house is what your looking for when you rent a home. No down side. I'm coming back!

Excellent Renovation Done Here, Best Location on LBI

This is a great house with 4 full BRs, a fantastic full house renovation done after Sandy. It has it all, washer and dryer, a great open kitchen, a good grill, and a garage for all of the beach toys you might bring down. The location is 2 blocks to 7 of the best restaurants on LBI (Clam house, Carmens, Chicken or the Egg, Pancake House, Snack bar, Barrys, and Black Whale)

Great Location, Place, Owner

It's in the heart of Beach Haven, 3 blocks from the beach, so walkable to everything. Ice cream, the bars, and a ton of restaurants, 10 min walk from the amusement park/water slide/arcade Fantasy Island. The house is amazing. Wide open, central air, he fully stocked the kitchen with every possible item and plenty of plates/glasses etc. We've stayed there 3 years now and booked a 4th. Stayed there with 2 couples and teens/college age kids.

Great Beach House

This place was very clean and beautiful. The location was excellent. It was in the center of town. The Owner was extremely nice. My teenagers had a blast. I would go back next year for sure.

All rent and security deposits must be paid in full at least 30 days before check in date. We accept checks or money orders.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
