Wonderful place to stay when visiting Waynesville, NC

Absolutely loved our stay!!! The house was very well staged, clean, with MANY unexpected touches made by the owner to ensure our comfort. I will definitely make this my "go-to" reservation for Waynesville which I travel too frequently!

This place was very clean, comfortable, had a fully equipped kitchen, and was truly walking distance to downtown Waynesville.

Great rental! A block from Waynesvilles beautiful downtown. The fire pit and hot tub in the private backyard are awesome to relax at the end of the day. 100% recommend this place

One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in…

JCs place is great and he’s a very accommodating host. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Waynesville. The home is spotless and it’s very convenient to the Main Street area where all the shopping and restaurants are. Clean and convenient. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Great Location

Loved the house! Easy walk to the restaurants, Boojum Brewery and Frog Level Brewery. We wanted to explore the downtown Waynesville area and the location was perfect. The hot tub and huge fire pit were an added bonus! Especially after a long hike in Shining Rock Wilderness. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

Mountain Time

This house is perfect and in the best possible location for downtown Waynesville. You can walk everywhere and there are tons of great restaurants to choose from, as well as a few brew pubs. The house is perfect for a couple, small family, or two couples. Plenty of parking and the outdoor space is great for those cool evenings.

We were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay. A few things could have been a bit better such as printed instructions on how to work the TV, and a list of checkout protocals such as what to do with bed linens, towels, etc., but both of these were very minor issues. Overall, a very nice property and hosts that I would be happy to rent from again.

Great Stay

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Easy check in, clean, and had all the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable and baths were very nice. We relaxed on front porch often and used the hot tub. Back yard all fenced so very private. The location was excellent. Shops two blocks away so we walked there. Had great experiences dining. Services and food was so good. Grocery stores easy to get to. Enjoyed hiking in Blue Ridge and Smokies. Thank You!🤗

cute house

I liked the house. Very clean and nice bedding. Very nicely appointed and close to downtown restaurants. I had hoped the house was in a quiet neighborhood, but there is a lot of activity on Wall St. The view across the street is not pleasant, and the noise from the comings and goings of the furniture store across the street made it hard to sit outside. So I would say the house itself is good, but the surroundings less than good. Still, it is a great location if you want to experience the activities of Main St. Thank you so much!

WOW!

This house is PERFECT for a weekend away. You truly feel at home, not like things have been thrown in there to make it a place to stay. You can tell the decorations and details were all thoughtfully put together. I wasn’t sure how quiet it would be so close to the road and downtown but it was quite peaceful! We loved walking up the hill to Main St. for a bite to eat or driving over to do some shopping. The check-in and out process were very easy. I can’t recommend this home enough. We will definitely be back!

I’m not much for writing reviews but I will just say that the listing was very accurate. If anything, the listing undersold itself a little. There are some really nice design features in this house. The check-in and check-out process was simple. It is super convenient to downtown such that we walked for meals and shopping…never used our car except to go further away for hiking.

New, well appointed home situated just steps from downtown Waynesville. New furnishings, great hot-tub, excellent location and no frills check-in. Superb.

Modern Elegance with Industrial Flair (Motorcycle Friendly too!)

This quaint house is the perfect escape! The house is exactly as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. It's furnished in a very modern, industrial style, yet has elegant touches throughout, that make it a beautiful place. The beds/pillows are super comfortable, all of the appliances are new and work perfectly, the hot tub is amazing, and I loved the walk-in shower with the rainfall showerhead!!! If you're looking for a rustic cabin in the woods, this isn't it. BUT, if you want a cozy, comfortable, quiet place to stay that offers easy access to the highways, stores, and town, this is the one. We had a motorcycle trailer attached to a pickup and had ample space for parking. We also had no problems maneuvering our motorcycle in and out. The host is super responsive to messages/questions and is easy to communicate with. We even added 2 more guests in the middle of our trip and they were so accomodating. We will absolutely stay here again if we take another trip to North Carolina.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

My best friend and I rented this house for the weekend. I can honestly say it was the first time I've ever felt the place was actually clean. The house was awesome and they supplied everything you need (towels, bedding, dishes, etc.). We did an issue with the smoke detectors alarming every few minutes the first night but once I called the owner was quick to resolve the issue. The location of the house is perfect. It is within walking distance to the quaintus downtown. We had dinner downtown and the experience was great. I will definitely be back to this house!

We were delighted by our stay in Waynesville. The house was well decorated and comfortable for our family of 4. The fire pit area with the hot tub was very charming. Easy check in and check out processes. Overall we loved it!

Perfect size

The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had and the booking was painless. We really enjoyed our long weekend in Waynesville and would stay here again. this new construction is the perfect size for 1-2 couples. High ceilings give the impression of more space and the modern decor is a nice touch. The house is extremely close to the road (relatively low traffic volume) but we were aware of this prior to booking; the short walk to main street and all it has to offer makes up for that. we would have preferred the fenced in area to be closed off with another door to give the hot tub/fire pit area a better since of privacy, but other than that we loved this rental.
