The space
This private, urban retreat is a spacious and enchanting oasis in the Madison Valley neighborhood of Seattle. Kick back and relax in the yard or stroll down the streets of Madison Valley. This home is designed for comfort, entertaining, & is close to all the city's best spots. It's sparkling clean so you can call it home :)

☆ BEDROOMS ☆
There is plenty of sleeping space for the whole family with four bedrooms and queen-sized air mattress that can be set-up upon request! The master features a private en suite bathroom complete with a marble steam shower. All beds feature ultra-comfy mattresses and down feather comforters. The master has a king-sized bed, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed, one bedroom has a full-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom offers a crib and two twin beds, perfect for adults or a sleepover for the kids.


☆ BATHROOMS ☆
The bathrooms are the epitome of home luxury with rainfall shower heads and steam shower in master and claw foot tubs in the other bathrooms. The plush towels and robes are also perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee (supplied) in the kitchen or out one of the decks.

☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆
Create a quick snack or a meal fit for a crowd in our fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The main kitchen is stocked with Calphalon cookware, this space designed for both beauty and functionality. There is an additional kitchenette on the lower level stocked with coffee, tea, and daily supplies. The 8-10 person dining table is the perfect place to visit with the family over appetizers, dinner and wine.

You will love the french doors that let in breeze and lots of natural light. Two living rooms offer up comfy couches, T.V.s and an electric fireplace, perfect for gathering together or kicking back with a book.

☆ FIRE PIT & OUTSIDE SPACE ☆
Make use of the propane grill to create an outdoor meal with friends or family under the stars. Complete with an outdoor heater for chilly night. End the day with a fire and smores in the outdoor fire pit area, complete with a 55-inch outdoor TV.

Note: This is our family's home, so on the main and upper floor you might see some personal items (pictures, clothes, etc.).


Guest access
As our guests, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property. This is a perfect place to get away. Explore some of the businesses loved by locals, experience the Washington Park Arboretum and Japanese Botanical Garden , or just enjoy this home and all it has to offer.
