Your oasis in the center of it all. Enjoy our 3BR/3BA, four-level home, with views in every direction. Located in the trendy and bustling Capitol Hill area. Share a glass of wine on the rooftop deck, cook a scrumptious meal in the fully-equipped/renovated kitchen, or (if you must) set up shop in the two designated workspaces. Perfect for families. Everything you need is inside and yet the world awaits outside. Two blocks from restaurants, shops, cafes and three blocks from the train station (which connects to the airport). Leave your car at home and relax!

This is a lovely house in the very fun Capitol Hill neighborhood. The house is spotless, the bathrooms are extremely modern, the beds super comfortable. We had the very best communication with the hosts, who went above and beyond with their details and neighborhood recommendations. When you come to stay you should check out the neighborhood (up the 15th and then turn left) for the coffee shops, restaurants and wonderful parks and elegant streets with classic Victorian homes. Just a great stay!

You should book this place for the sunset rooftop views alone (seriously)! But also because of the 3 bed 3 bath set up which gives everyone their space but also has great gathering space. And also the vibrant neighborhood including a Safeway just steps away. And access to the light rail which we took everywhere! Perfect set up for us to enjoy our daughter’s graduation. Thank you so much.

This property is all that is advertised and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and gadget you may need. Communication with the host was fabulous- very responsive. Location is spectacular - central to what we wanted to do and see in Seattle. The office space - equipped with what you need for a working vacation. There is plenty room to spread out so that you can have your space. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who is looking to experience Seattle.

The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. I liked that they had a full washer and dryer for convenience. The decor is super cute, and rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The townhouse’s location is pretty central to the Capital Hill neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. I rented a car and they had a private parking spot tucked away so I always felt it was safe.

Fantastic house in Capital Hill. A short 3 block walk to the tram station. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Grocery store was just 2 blocks away. Great communication with the owner- super responsive to any needs or questions.

Great house! I would stay here again (and probably will!). It was well equipped, lots of amenities, plenty of clean sheets and towels, close to bars and restaurants, and even walkable to downtown. It was also fast and convenient to get picked up and dropped off by Uber, and we took the light rail one day. There is a Safeway two blocks away where we grabbed groceries, and there were always Lime scooters and bikes around. Getting around Capitol Hill and downtown in general was easy with many options.The master bathroom had a great shower and heated floors and each of the bedrooms were on their own level, so house offers plenty of privacy. The views of the skyline from the Livingroom and especially from the roof are remarkable. 10 out of 10.

This is a terrific option in Capitol Hill, which can accommodate a number of couples or families quite comfortably. Gorgeous views from the kitchen and roof deck, and lots of great restaurants, retail and coffee places within walking distance. Everything works and there is everything you need to cook if the spirit moves you. We will return!

The house was everything as described. Very clean, modern, ample supplies and suited our needs. Location was great as it was only a couple blocks or a quick ride from lots of entertainment. Kudos to our host for the amazing customer service and accommodation. Just top notch! That's what really made our stay wonderful. I would absolutely reserve this place again.

Great place

Stayed a couple days before a cruise and the house was perfect. Really enjoyed staying here, good beds and a clean place that was close to the link rail capital hill train stop.

We purchased this home in 2022 because we fell in love with Seattle while visiting our daughter Macy, a student at UW. We live most of the time in Oakland, where David works for an arts nonprofit in San Francisco and Stacia works in finance. We have another daughter Darby, who is a sophomore in high school. Rounding out our household is Soxy, a large, angry cat.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We live in the hills above Oakland and with this place, we wanted to be immersed in the energy of a city. We love walking to restaurants, bars, and shops, and this place offered extraordinary access to that, but felt like an oasis when we wanted that. We also love walking up the hill and north a few blocks - it's leafy and the homes are gorgeous. And Lake Washington is just over the hill.

The roof deck was a key selling point for us. The views of the city, with the mountains in the background are simply stunning.
