Nouvellement rénové Beach Block Condo - Printemps et été 2018 maintenant réservation!

Venez séjourner dans notre condo récemment rénové avec vue sur l'océan, piscine creusée, climatisation centrale et un ascenseur pour vous emmener avec vos bagages jusqu'au troisiÚme étage.

Cape Roc est situé à seulement un demi-pùté de grandes plages de Cape May, et une promenade plus longue ou court trajet en vélo à la boutiques pittoresques de la ville.

Profitez d'une baignade dans la piscine creusée chauffée, avec de nombreuses chaises longues sur la terrasse de la piscine pour travailler votre bronzage. Un grand patio extérieur avec des grils à gaz et des tables à manger vous permettent de profiter l'un de vos repas à l'extérieur.

Notre condo comprend une chambre avec deux nouveaux lits queen, une vue magnifique sur l'océan, et des téléviseurs à écran plat avec cùble numérique. La salle de bain a une baignoire avec douche, et la cuisine est complÚte avec une gamme, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, et une gamme complÚte d'ustensiles de cuisine. La salle à manger comprend des siÚges confortables pour quatre, et le salon a un canapé, des chaises et une autre télévision avec lecteur DVD. Internet haut débit Xfinity inclus également.

En été, pic, notre condo loue Sam-Sam semaines complÚtes, mais au printemps, l'hiver et l'automne, nous pouvons faire de vacances plus courtes. Venez rester avec nous pour un week-end, une semaine, ou plus!

The condo was great having everything we needed. It was modern and having the pool is key as well as being so close to the beach. It was an easy process with checking in/out and booking.

The property was very clean and stocked. Having to bring or purchase sheets and towels was a bit inconvenient but overall it was peaceful and a very close walk to the beach.This is an older building so the orientation of the balcony is facing away from the beach. There is a view from the bedroom window.

Great location right by the beach!

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. The condo location was at the edge of cape may beach and away from washington mall but it was always a quick drive to the restaurants. The street was very quiet and free street parking was plentiful. Cape may free shuttle was also close by if you didnt want to drive. Home was very clean and you could see the ocean from the bedroom window. The beach was a quick 3 min walk. Loved the property and would be staying again in the future.

Amazing Stay!

We had an awesome long weekend getaway at this Cape May condo! Not only was the condo immaculately clean but so was the condo building/surrounding property as a whole. It smelled wonderful and fresh, had everything as depicted in the listing and a beautiful view of the ocean from the bedroom. Ron was very responsive to our questions and we really appreciated him going the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Cape May, Cape Roc, Sep 20th to 23rd, 2025This is a nice condo with all the amenities in a peaceful neighborhood. We walked to the beach and restaurants while admiring the beautiful homes nearby. The pool was heated with plenty of lounge chairs around it. This was a nice getaway and the weather cooperated, too!

The best yet!

This was the nicest place we have rented in Cape May. Everything was outstanding! Clean, well furnished and comfortable. When I say clean I mean really the cleanest place we have ever stayed!

Loved our place

This condo was perfect for a wedding weekend rental. It was much more reasonable than the hotels offered by the bride and groom. Clean and spacious! Nicely decorated and well equipped! Highly recommend!

Good amount of space

Nicely appointed condo with separate bedroom provided a nice getaway for the weekend. Owners were very easy to get hold of with any questions. Even though the weather was a bit of a washout - we had a nice place to relax.

Overall it was good, the only thing I would suggest is better lighting and the couch was not that comfortable. I was surprised that the corners of the ottoman was ripped , Considering everything else looked pretty brand new

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!
Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.
