素晴らしいオーシャンビュー、イン・グラウンド・プール、セントラル・エアコン、エレベーターを備えた新しく改装されたビーチ・ブロック・ケープ・ロック・コンドミニアムに滞在し、3階の自宅まで荷物を持ち帰ります。

ケープ・ロックは、ケープ・メイの偉大なビーチの半ブロックに位置しています。また、歩いたり、自転車に乗って町の奇抜なショッピングを楽しめます。

温かい地中海のプールで泳いでお過ごしください。プールのデッキには多くのラウンジチェアがあり、日焼けしています。ガスグリルとダイニングテーブルを備えた大きな屋外パティオでは、屋外でお食事をお楽しみいただけます。

私たちのコンドミニアムには、2つの新しいクイーンベッド、大きなオーシャンビュー、デジタルケーブル付きフラットパネルテレビ付きの1ベッドルームがあります。バスルームにはシャワー付きのフルタブがあり、キッチンにはレンジ、電子レンジ、フルサイズの冷蔵庫、調理器具が完備されています。ダイニングエリアには快適な座席が4つあり、リビングエリアにはソファー、椅子、DVDプレーヤー付きのテレビがあります。 Xfinity高速インターネットも含まれています。

夏のピーク時には、コンドミニアムは土曜から土曜まで一週間を借りていますが、春、冬、秋にはレンタルを短くすることができます。週末、週、またはそれ以上の間、私たちと一緒にお泊まりください！

Great beach spot!

We were pleased with the condo and location. Even though it’s the custom we found that providing our own linens was a bit of an inconvenience for a two night stay.

Great location right by the beach!

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. The condo location was at the edge of cape may beach and away from washington mall but it was always a quick drive to the restaurants. The street was very quiet and free street parking was plentiful. Cape may free shuttle was also close by if you didnt want to drive. Home was very clean and you could see the ocean from the bedroom window. The beach was a quick 3 min walk. Loved the property and would be staying again in the future.

Amazing Stay!

We had an awesome long weekend getaway at this Cape May condo! Not only was the condo immaculately clean but so was the condo building/surrounding property as a whole. It smelled wonderful and fresh, had everything as depicted in the listing and a beautiful view of the ocean from the bedroom. Ron was very responsive to our questions and we really appreciated him going the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Happy in Cape May

Had a great time.The place was so clean,the location was 1 block to a very clean beach.Quiet and Friendly neighbors.Saw a lot of fireworks across the way.Would deff. stay again.Only one thing the exgaust in bathroom was some what loud.Thank you so much Ron & Kim

The best yet!

This was the nicest place we have rented in Cape May. Everything was outstanding! Clean, well furnished and comfortable. When I say clean I mean really the cleanest place we have ever stayed!

Loved our place

This condo was perfect for a wedding weekend rental. It was much more reasonable than the hotels offered by the bride and groom. Clean and spacious! Nicely decorated and well equipped! Highly recommend!

Good amount of space

Nicely appointed condo with separate bedroom provided a nice getaway for the weekend. Owners were very easy to get hold of with any questions. Even though the weather was a bit of a washout - we had a nice place to relax.

Nice condo

Overall it was good, the only thing I would suggest is better lighting and the couch was not that comfortable. I was surprised that the corners of the ottoman was ripped , Considering everything else looked pretty brand new

Absolutely Wonderful

Wonderful stay!

I was a bit confused about check in, but Kim was available and able to help (for future renters, the code is on the lease agreement pdf they email separately). The apartment was in clean condition but more importantly had plenty of cleaning supplies. They also provided beach tags and the cooking items I needed to make eggs and pancakes. I didn’t believe the other review about hearing the ocean at night but it was true! It’s a very quiet neighborhood so you can open the window and hear the ocean. The location is very close to the beach and a scenic walk to town (if you enjoy looking a beautiful houses or walking along the ocean!). The walk itself is about 20 mins so if that sounds long, rent a bike. They are very bike friendly here and there are bike racks onsite. They did not provide beach chairs or tissues, but this was not a problem because I brought both. I love Cape May and am already planning my trip next year!

オーナー : Ron and Kim Tupper

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!
Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.
