Cape Roc Condo with Ocean Views and Heated Pool 1/2 Block to the Beach

Located at Cape Roc Condo on the top floor of the beach block, Unit 322 enjoys glorious views of the Atlantic Ocean from the bedroom in the highly sought after neighborhood of "Poverty Beach" section of Cape May, NJ.
Newly painted and decorated January 2024 with new furnishings to include new ceiling fans, upgraded lighting and other new appointments. Full kitchen with full-size dishwasher. 1 bedroom condo offers 2 new Smart TVs, upgraded amenities and ocean views in both directions from the bedroom.
Bedroom offers queen bed and twin trundle. Queen sleeper sofa in living room provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for 5. Year-round rentals offered. From mid June to Labor Day rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with 1 week minimum. Balance of the year 3 day rentals are offered. Sheets, towels, toiletries, and paper products are not provided and additional turnover cleaning fee of $100.00.
Walk to the beach or enjoy the heated pool. Cape Roc also offers BBQ grills and an expansive patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables. Or, if you prefer to dine out several restaurants are within minutes. The unit is easily accessible either by elevator or stairs and offers a laundry area with both washers and dryers.
The beach is located a 1/2 block away and 2 beach tags and 2 beach chairs are included for your use.
Bike racks and off-street parking are provided steps away.
Park your car and enjoy riding your bike or walking to the beach. Shopping, dining, the boardwalk, and many other activities are only a short bike ride or walk away.

This condo was exactly as pictured-fully equipped and on the quiet part of Cape May near poverty beach. We enjoyed the complex and the short walk to the beach as well as biking around the area. The host was great and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place, host and surroundings!

Absolutely amazing! The condo is stunning, clean, and the heart of Cape May and its beauty is right around the corner. The pool and on site amenities of the complex are fantastic-make sure you bring a grill master on your trip. Peaceful ambiance and Alicia our host was so accommodating and in constant communication. A I will be back!

Everything about our stay was excellent! From check in and cleanliness of the property to the easy check out. The property is very clean and updated. Pictures online are representative of the condo. We had a great stay and will book this unit again!

Great Experience

This was our first stay at Cape Roc Condos and at the east end of Cape May. The hosts communicated with us before, during, and after our visit and that made us feel very comfortable. The unit was updated, well furnished, and very clean. And the Cape Roc building and premises were well maintained. Quiet area, all residential, and the adjacent properties are well maintained also. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Lovely and affordable place to stay!

My mom, sister and I stayed at this property for a long weekend at the beach. We've stayed in this building previously, but in a different room. The location is awesome - you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and it's less than a 5-minute drive to the main shopping/dining areas. This room is a hidden (affordable) gem. Alicia is an excellent property manager. Her communication with me was thoughtful and timely and her instructions were very clear. She was kind enough to let us know the room was ready earlier than expected, so we were able to utilize the room/take advantage of a beautiful afternoon at the beach! The room was very tidy and well-kept. There was some pretty significant dust built-up on the fan in the bedroom (but what fan doesn't have dust on it?). Otherwise, our accommodations were VERY clean. I loved everything about this property with one exception: the beds are a little stiff and not that comfortable. Firm mattresses just aren't my thing! If you can tolerate firm mattresses for a few days, I definitely recommend this property. What a wonderful place to stay in Cape May!

Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in our well-equipped condo in Cape May. Alicia our host was wonderful with communications and the facilities accuracy. The swimming pool is great, and it is only a short walk to the beach. We had a surprise bottle of wine waiting for us. Thank you for wonderful wedding anniversary get away.

First getaway with our baby

My husband, myself and our eight month old stayed at Alicia's place for three nights. We truly enjoyed our time. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We had the perfect amount of space. The location is right across from the beach and a nice 25 minute walk or quick drive to the Washington Street Mall. The developments private pool was also a plus! Clean and heated. Alicia was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely be recommending this place to others!

Short Honeymoon Getaway!

My wife and I wanted to stay close to the Philadelphia area after our wedding in Bucks County. We found the Cape Roc listing on VRBO & from the time we booked our stay I felt the host was very friendly & accommodating! My wife unfortunately got sick the first morning we woke up in Cape May , but we were able to still entertain ourselves with the amenities in the condo until she was able to do some shopping & dining a day later. I even left two dress shirts behind & our host was so kind to package and mail these shirts to me in an extremely quick manner. Also they left us a bottle of wine & note congratulating us on our marriage upon checking in which my wife and I found to be a lovely gesture. We would love to rent again to explore more of Cape May & would absolutely recommend the condo in terms of cleanliness, comfort , and location !

Amazing beach views and location!

Could not have asked for a better weekend stay in Cape May. Starting with Alicia being a very accommodating and responsive host, to arriving to a beautifully redecorated condo. Everything was exactly as we could want and more, with great ocean views and a lovely bright space. We will definitely be back!
