The property was as described. Very clean. The only complain is the sound of the people above you is quite loud when they walk. This is not against this unit. We have stayed at Seaglass before and it appears to be with all the units.

We have stayed at Seaglass many years in a row. We love the boutique smaller scale condominium building. It is great if you are visiting with small kids, easy and quick access to the beach. Our kids LOVE the pool and hot tub. Also, since the building has fewer condo units, the beach is less crowded than neighboring condominium buildings. We love the condo unit!! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable beds! The kitchen is beautiful, and has everything you need. And the view of the gulf is stunning!!! Angela, the owner is amazing, she is a great communicator, and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have the best vacation! She even gave us an extra night due to a tropical storm that occurred during our stay. We will be renting and visiting Sea Glass again.

The condo was exactly as expected. Very clean and perfect for a family of four. The second bedroom was small with a double sliding door. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook just make sure you bring your own seasonings and cooking spray. The condo is perfectly located for quick and easy access to the pool and beach. Ike’s beach rental is set up right in front of the condo on the beach for any beach rentals needed. Only a few cons which are not owner issues were low water pressure in the shower, condo hallway floor was a little wonky, and the fire alarm going off multiple times during the night. It was a great trip, and would definitely book this property again.

We stayed on the second floor and the location was great, not too crowded. Very happy about easy beach access. The swimming pool was big enough to accommodate everyone there. The unit was clean-but there were several dirty dishes put away. There was standing water when we showered so my husband got some green goblin and it worked to unclog the drain. There was only one closet space which was fine for us as a single family but wouldn’t be for extra guests. There were several long, dark strands of hair in the towels I assume had already been laundered. Altogether it was a great place to stay and we’d stay there again. The last thing I’ll add is that my husband is in the home building business and the flooring that’s in the unit won’t stand up to much more sand/water/salt.

Condo wasn't that clean. Had spills on floor and the floor itself was warped al through condo. Bug service came in while we were sleeping without being notified by host. When I contacted her about this she seemed not bothered. We were sleeping and a stranger came into the condo!! Definitely a pretty place but way over priced. Had to buy basics like trash bags and toilet paper due to none being left. Ended up extending our vacation but went somewhere else.

We have received your review on VRBO and we are very disturbed by your comments. 1. Safety Violation: Most importantly, a firearm was left behind in the master bedroom drawer, which our cleaning staff discovered after your departure on June 27. Because we could not reach you after an email and a phone call/text, the Gulf Shores Police Department had to be notified. This lack of responsibility and regard for the safety of future guests should have prompted us to report a safety violation to VRBO immediately. Instead, we tried to be understanding and avoid amplifying the issue. Upon this very lopsided review, I have contacted VRBO and they have identified you as a security risk. 2. Nighttime Entry: We confirmed with both our extermination company and the Kaba Door Code system that no one entered your unit in the late evening or night of June 25th. The extermination hours of operation are 9 AM to 5 PM as they are an independent company. Furthermore, we responded to you immediately when you reached out on the VRBO platform saying you found a pest control card; I can assure you exterminators do not make rounds in the middle of the night. 3. Cleaning: We offer a 24-hour cleaning guarantee, meaning our staff will perform a full reclean if necessary, but you never reported any issues during your stay. 4. Stay Extension: Regarding the extra night, you requested the extension. When we were unable to discount the rate on June 17, I suggested you contact VRBO to see if they could offer a 7-day stay discount, but we never heard back from you. 5. Supplies: The cleaning service provides 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag, toiletries for a weekend stay, 1 dishwasher packet, and 1 washing machine packet. Because some guests stay for 2 nights and others stay for 1 month, we provide these as a baseline. 6. Flooring: The flooring is not warped throughout the condo. There is only a small, barely noticeable area in the hallway, and the replacement board was on order. Our rental company goes out of its way to prioritize all guests' needs and always be available to go above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately, our best efforts did not work in this situation. We loved staying here! It was so close to the water- just steps. The kids shared a room and for the 4 of us it was the perfect size. Plenty of room. Very generously stocked kitchen. Linens were fresh and cozy. I would totally stay at this condo again. Angela was so kind and helpful! Anytime i needed her, she instantly responded. I also loved being able to access the vacuum and cleaning equipment. We could easily clean up any sand we tracked in!

Overall this is a great condo with lots of space and nice modern decor. We would absolutely stay here again and already hope to come back next year! The bed was very comfortable. The AC works very well. Angela was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated that the vacuum is accessible for cleaning up sand. The porch was great for watching the waves and we loved the comfy Adirondack chairs. The beach is great, super easy to access, and not crowded. The pool is very nice also. Assigned covered parking is great. Elevator and carts are very helpful for unloading.A few suggestions: It would be a truly relaxing stay if more TP, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. were provided. Those who fly don’t typically have room in their suitcase for these items and don’t want to buy a big pack on vacation and then leave the remainder behind. I’d rather it be built into the price of the room. We made it work, but more supplies would be that extra nice touch. It would also be a nice touch if beach towels and chairs were provided - the rental service on the beach is quite pricey, and again, it’s something you can’t really fly with. I’ve never stayed in a beachfront condo that didn’t provide these things.The table on the porch probably needs to be replaced soon - it is rusty from the rain/salt. The flooring inside is also loose in several spots as others have noted. Curtains for the main bedroom window would also be really nice to block the light from the walkway.

Perfect relaxing weekend. Very clean and large condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Tip: no drip coffee maker - remember to bring your k-cups. Pool was huge and so refreshing. Loved that the complex is smaller and has underneath parking.

Exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was clean and the deck looking out to the beach was amazing for watching dolphins and stars! Our girls loved the close proximity to the beach, it was steps out the door. Can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful Property

New modern property with convenient walk out to the beach. Beautiful pool. Condo had everything you need for your stay. We rented beach stuff and Pier 33 is right across the street for any forgotten items.

Best rental experience I have ever had

This was by far the best experience I have ever had staying in a rental. Angela was fantastic with communication, and was very responsive. She checked in on us and made sure the stay was going well. The condo was beautiful! 10/10 would recommend to any family or couple looking for a fantastic place right on the beach!

Baby's first beach trip.

It is hard to get a place clean enough to make my wife comfortable. She was comfortable! The evening view of the moonrise over the ocean is incredible, the direct access to the beach is convenient, and the pool is nice.

I have so many memories of growing up on the Gulf Coast. From deep sea fishing to just hanging out on the beach with friends and family, those were the best of times. After graduating from a local high school, I moved to a big city where I met my Michigan native husband. We are so happy to be able to enjoy this area again with our children and extended family.

We own 2 other condos (Serenity I & Serenity II) in Orange Beach at Phoenix West II. As much as we love the PW2 large scale building and amenities, this property really appealed to us because it is lower density and a more quiet experience. Best of both worlds!
