Fine condo with amenities & busy location

Overall a fine condo with plenty of amenities. Great pools for younger children with the option to purchase snow cones, hair wraps, ice cream, and free face painting (Memorial Day weekend). Beds were fine. Kitchen utensils could have been cleaner and the outdoor patio furniture needs to be thrown away for this particular unit. Busier location than I normally stay at but it was fine for a long weekend for my family.

Nasty Mattress

The master bed had not had the sheets changed. Hair and sand all in the bed. The mattress had multiple pee stains all over. There wasn’t a mattress pad. Tried to communicate with property management. They would not call me after multiple requests through texting and calling. They offered to steam clean mattress on day 5 of my 7 day stay. This property management was the worst I’ve ever come across. They also did not want beds stripped before leaving. Now we know why. They don’t change sheets. We washed all linens ourselves. Day 3 they brought a mattress pad. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beautiful and clean

Very nice location. Beautiful beach , walk to restaurants on the beach , all elevators worked , clean , safe area. No issues with room . Maybe not good for small kids . Lots of decorative things. Very comfy couch and larger very sturdy bunk beds.

We come to PCB 3x a year and book at Emerald Beach every time. We LOVE the location/amenities and have had amazing units. This was our first time at this specific unit. I dont typically leave a review because reviews have always been spot on. However really want to this time as the most recent review is almost a year old and not accurate anymore. The view, location and building amenities are absolutely amazing! The condo is BEAUTIFUL as in pics at first glace. The layout is good, the master bed and the couch is comfy, the kids liked the bunk beds as well. They LOVED the rug and slept on it stating it was more comfortable. Super cushiony and soft. However, we experienced problem after problem once we arrived. I wish I could include the pictures/vids I took. Condo was not clean and in disrepair. The shower is TERRIBLE & leaks We found black mold covering large area in kitchen. Oven door broke on me. There was an old roll of TP sitting on the bathroom counter, papers on the counter, dishes had food stuck on the, bottoms of our feet were BLACK within minutes, trash on the balcony and under curtain. we thought the balcony door was broken but in fact it is just super heavy and stuck. I had to have my daughter’s boyfriend muscle it open. Closing it was next to impossible. It definitely needs serviced. The blankets and sheets were not washed or put back on dirty, there was a stick and hair. The bedspread is covered in stains on the back side. & so much more

Loved layout and open space. Bed was very comfortable. Parking and elevators were easy, fast and efficient. Spent a lot of time on balcony. Only one of four comfortable chairs. Very responsive to the only issue we had which was smoke detector batteries being replaced. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location

We loved everything about the condo! We were concerned with how long it would take to get up and down the elevator but it was not a problem at all. The elevators were fast and although it was the middle of June with lots of people, we never waited long. We loved the parking garage, fitness center, pools, etc. We will happily stay at this condo everything we go to PCB.

GREAT LOCATION

The location was great, and the unit decor was cute and beachy! We own multiple rental units ourselves so we're picky when it comes to where we stay on vacation, but are left with few complaints about our stay here. My only suggestions are maybe some upgrades on the bathroom as it seems a little outdated, and the master bed mattress isn't the comfiest. However, for the price point these are things we were definitely able to look past! The view from the balcony is unbeatable and made it hard to leave this place! It is right next to the elevators and trash chute making check in/out a breeze and getting to the beach was super easy as well. It's also a short walking distance to two of the best restaurants around in our opinion, Runaway Island & Sharky's! Overall we had an excellent stay and will be back soon.

Just facts

I will not say anything negative on this review, I will only state facts. When arriving inside the property, the brightly colored package with parking pass did not exist. The bands were in the room, but had to call and didn"t get parking pass delivered to room until around 6 PM on checkin date. There was a service worker that showed up at the door to get a # off of dryer vent that was broken. It was not fixed during stay. Weather was great and view was great.

Final days of Summer break

Room was clean, right near the elevator and trash which makes it super convenient. My family loves Emerald Beach Resort, it’s our favorite place to stay in PCB and have stayed there many times and it’s within walking distance to Pier Park.

Great place to stay

The owner of the property was very nice and resolved any issues and answered any questions we had. The property was very clean and was a great price for a week stay. The only thing my family did not like was how long the elevators took each time because the place was so big that they took a while to get people to their floors. Also, the place is so big that you do not really have to leave the resort for anything unless you wanted to. The resort is very big and very convenient but it will also wear you out from the parking garage to your room.
