Villa Scenic - Located right on the river and in the yacht club with its tennis courts, pier, and other facilities, Villa Scenic offers an ideal location and has everything you could ever dream of for a relaxing Florida vacation. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - including one with convenient pool access, provide plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The villa is facing south, the spacious pool with saltwater offers stunning views over the River. Thanks to huge sliding doors you can connect the living room and the lanai to basically one room.

The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you'll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. If you prefer to dine out, there are countless eateries to please any palate located just a few minutes away. Take a short stroll to the beachside Boathouse restaurant where you can enjoy live entertainment while watching the boats go by. The famous tiki bar and grill is in walking distance.

The villa's lanai has a coveted southern exposure, ensuring plentiful sunshine for idyllic days of lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa. Bring your boat or rent one of ours to keep on your backyard dock. Enjoy world-class fishing or cruising on the sparkling gulf waters. It is only a two-minute ride down the canal to open water with no bridges to slow you down. Or explore the local sights on two wheels with the included bicycles. Your perfect tropical vacation home awaits!

Please note that this home is kept pet-free due to a severe allergy of the homeowner. We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets during their stay. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you and helping make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

To keep nightly rates low and minimize wear & tear on our equipment, we charge $0.19 per kWh for energy consumption, this averages about 500 kWh/week.

Beautiful location

The house was wonderful. We loved it very much. The view over the water was very special. The agency was very helpful. If you want to go to Cape Coral this is defenitly a house where you want to go.

Worst Vacation ever

This needs to be updated as we were moved from this Property bc AC was broken. This review would not be for that Property other than the Property DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A REAL CONVERSATION ON THIS EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH MY CALL IN TO ONE OF YOUR ASSOCIATES WHO WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL!!! Will not use your site again, as you ADD NO VALUE TO THE VACATION EXPERIENCE.

Thank you for your feedback. We feel it is important to clarify the facts regarding your stay. The reason you were offered an alternative property was not because the air conditioning was broken. The AC unit was fully functional. The issue arose because you were unwilling to wait the 30 minutes required for a qualified technician to confirm that everything was operating normally. To prevent further frustration and purely as a courtesy, we offered you another property so that you could continue your stay comfortably. We also want to emphasize that our team responded to your inquiries promptly and professionally. Any suggestion that we were unhelpful is inaccurate. For context for future guests: this review is an outlier. This property has received five reviews in total, including yours. The other four are perfect 10/10 ratings, with guests expressing full satisfaction and enthusiasm for both the home and our service. We encourage future guests to consider the overwhelmingly positive feedback when evaluating this property. 10 days of relaxation

Enjoyed all aspects of the house, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The location being so close to the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers gave us a chance to explore both sides of the river. The pool and spa was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation and the dock on the canal made for calmer water to dock our rented boat. Thanks again
