The Villa Majestic is a privately owned home in the very popular Yacht Club neighborhood of Cape Coral, Florida and is offered to you as a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home that sleeps 10 comfortably. Come visit Florida at this recently renovated and upgraded home with features such as: large heated (private) pool and spa showcasing a large waterfall between the grotto (with hot tub) and the pool, a waterslide, west-facing heavenly sunset views, an honest-to-goodness Seminole Indian-designed and built tiki bar with refrigerator, sink and tv, direct Gulf access, and a newly-added outdoor shower! Villa Majestic is on the Lafayette Canal, a mere 10-minute boat cruise to the Caloosahatchee River, near the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located less than 2 miles to downtown Cape Coral and all its restaurants and bars and a quick ride to downtown Ft Myers and all it has to offer! Or, stay at the home and enjoy comfortable beds and plenty of space to dine-in, relax, swim, play and just put your worries aside! We would love to have you as our guests in this true slice of Paradise! The Villa Majestic sets the bar as a family vacation rental. Where else can you dine, play games, swim, hot tub, fish, relax and hang out at a real tiki bar, all at home? The house and surroundings will be sparkling clean on your arrival. We keep space between guests to assure our highly competent housekeeping staff has thoroughly cleaned and disinfected pursuant to CDC guidelines. Late check-outs and early check-ins may be arranged to help you accommodate your travel plans. We will provide a list of our local recommended restaurants and beverage takeout and delivery services. Great House & Location

The outdoor area at this house is great for our family. Not only is there a wonderful pool area with a tiki bar but also a dock where you can catch fish. The pool is situated where there is plenty of sunlight and there are mature trees that provide areas of the sundeck with shade. Tiki bar has a tv and is always a comfortable place to be. Outside furniture is sturdy & good quality. Oh….and the inside of the house is very nice also. Good neighborhood. Good location.

Great vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home was very clean and nicely stocked. We had plenty of towels, hangars, kitchen utensils. All the little things that make a stay comfortable. The pool of course was a hit! The kids loved the slide and the hot tub. Love that we could control the temperature on the hot tub and it certainly got nice and hot! The tiki bar was amazing and a great place to hang out with the TV on in the background. Paul was very accommodating to our needs and incredibly responsive. Definitely a great host! We highly recommend not only the home but working with Paul! We had a fantastic trip!

Wasnt happy with the host house had no tissues and one ply toilet paper, ants in the kitchenand advertised as 3 bathrooms but one was outside with outside shower House was just ok.

Great Cape Coral waterside home with a pool

2 families enjoyed the home and property. 10 people. Good room layout. We enjoyed the nice outdoor space with pool and tiki bar. Owner had good communication throughout the stay. There were some issues with the bathroom that we worked around.

wonderful stay

Spending a few days at the Majestic Villa was a wonderful experience which I would do immediately again. A wonderful place to relax with family/friends. The villa is in good shape, clean with all available which you need to spend a good time.

Amazing Home & Location

Cape Coral and boat building history at this property. An amazing grotto style pool/hot tub and a wonderful host. My friend and I had a great time and just kept discovering cool things about the house and property. Great and safe area close to downtown. Thanks so much, Paul. I hope we can speak again and come back.

Great holiday getaway

Our family had a great time staying here. Paul was extremely helpful ahead of and throughout our stay here. The layout of the house and the pool area was top notch. We also had a wonderful experience on the pontoon boat journeying out to Sanibel Island. We're looking forward to coming back!

High School Group

A group of friends from High School stayed at this house and had the best time ever! Great backyard to hang by the pool all day. Paul even took us out for a pontoon ride. It was great. We would highly recommend this house!

Spacious property

Lovely spacious property but description needs to include that the 3rd bathroom is an outside cabana bathroom that’s not air conditioned and outside shower. Pool is lovely deck and seating are comfortable and inviting. Need to ramp up some amenities Such as bedside and or overhead lighting in bedrooms - a portable speaker and operable televisions.

Amazing!!

We loved this little piece of heaven on earth! The pool and tiki area is where we spent most of our time! It was completely relaxing and tranquil! The owner was very informative and friendly and very easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to relax

The photos do not do this home justice!! We were there in May to celebrate a birthday and the home and its location was just perfect. The home is very unique with the quirky pool, water fall, slide, canal and of course the well equipped Tiki Bar which really adds and extra level of fun. The owners have spent a lot of money on the inside of the home and the outside and it really does show!! We really did not want to leave, but are planning to return again soon. The owners were super accommodating and responsive!

Loved the Boat!

Four of us couples from different parts of the country met up in Cape Coral, staying at this property. Paul was responsive to all our needs, and we enjoyed talking to him the couple times he was at the house. We were able to rent his pontoon for the day, which was our best day. The neighborhood was great for our morning walks. We had fun hanging at the tiki bar too. Only two downsides. 1) the Master bedroom has a bathroom, but the other four bedrooms basically share a bathroom, because the third bathroom is outside by the pool. You just need to know in advance that you might be running into each other in the middle of the night. 2) the kitchen trash can lid doesn't work unless you manually lift the lid. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

What a great stay! We do a family trip each year and try to make our lodging better from year to year. Well, I don't think we are going to find a better place for our group. The house is nice and the decor is beautiful. The outside area is fantastic. From the tiki bar to the pool to the dock--all is beautiful and fun! Good things: Ping pong table, bags game, heated pool, hot tub worked great, water slide was fun for kids, tiki bar with grill and fridge and sink, plenty of linens and beach towels, nice beach chairs and a wagon for hauling things to beach, kids fished off dock & caught fish, pack & play and high chair were like new. Location of house is very convenient. I hope to return soon!

Wow! What a beautiful backyard space

This property was perfect for hosting our large family for a family reunion. The owner even let us rent his boat during our stay- which was lovely! The house was clean and comfortable. The tiki bar was a fun place to have dinner together with the sunset and palm trees as a gorgeous backdrop. Thanks Paul!

Birthday fun!

This property is absolutely amazing! My family of ten adults spent three days there. The home is beautiful. The kitchen was so well appointed. It has absolutely everything you would need to entertain a group of that size. They have games for entertainment. The tiki bar was perfect. The entire outside area was great…plenty of furniture even for that big of a group. And the host was great! Very attentive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again!

Better than the photos!

My sister is getting married, so we rented the house for a Bach Weekend. The house looked nice online, and it’s 10x better in person! Elegant, clean, modern. And the outdoor bar is really cute! Not cheesy at all. There were plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out and have a quality stay as grown ass women. Paul was so communicative and helpful. He assisted in letting us check in early too. The weather was underwhelming when we were there, however, the house made the weekend worth it and contributed in a major way to our quality time together. 10/10!

Perfect Family Stay

We were here to celebrate a family birthday. We had a marvelous time! The pool/tiki bar was great, the kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable. We're already discussing returning next year. Paul was a terrific host!
