Open and spacious 4 bedroom 2 story home, sleeps up to 8.
Master bedroom and large master bathroom located on main floor. From the open kitchen and living room walk out to outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub all with a fantastic waterfront view. Comfortable out door seating area with a TV. 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with smart TVs) and a balcony overlooking waterfront and 2 bathrooms. Upgraded A/C units with germ killing Hepa filters and UV lights.

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and overall enjoyed our visit. Bev was very communicative throughout our stay and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the back deck and watching TV on the lanai.Our main disappointment was with the pool - never got sun. The listing mentioned it was heated, but the temperature read 65-70 degrees during our stay, even though we were told it would be set to 85. Because the pool sits entirely in the shade, it stayed too cold for us to use, which was a bummer since we were really looking forward to enjoying it. We asked if the heater could be turned up, but unfortunately, that wasn’t accommodated.Aside from the pool issue, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the home’s layout and amenities.

Such a beautiful house and close to everything! We enjoyed the outside area and pool. The house is immaculate and was perfect for our family because everyone had their own bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!! Certainly recommend this stay!!

Amazing on the 4th

Came down for the 4th of July and this place didn’t disappoint. Quiet neighborhood and sits on a quiet canal. Super easy boat access to the river and the dock was easy to tie up to. Everything and anything you could want to eat or do was within minutes.

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay!!!

The house was located on the canal, with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River, and only a short ride to get into the Gulf near Sanibel Island. We brought our boat, and had an absolute great time. However, the home itself would have been more than enough without a boat, as the hot tub and pool, the outdoor kitchen, and the outdoor entertainment area is all that you could ask for. No issues at all checking in or out, the host was very accomodating. The entire home has been renovated with modern furniture/appliances, and will make you want to do some changes to your home when you get back. I typically dont leave reviews very often, but this house is worthy of 10 stars all day long. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Fantastic experience!

The house and the pool area were amazing! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great way to wind down the evening. Several seating areas available inside and out. We even found a couple board games to play during our stay. Bev was a very good communicator and she was responsive to any questions we had. The burrowing owls across the street were a fun find and we found more owls close by.

Beautiful house

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. The other visit was 2 yrs ago. It was beautiful then and now. The updates were great. I loved that there is a new bathroom upstairs. It really made it easier. My only complaint is the pool water was too warm. Not refreshing at all. We love the place and will definitely be back!

a wonderful location for enjoying the Florida sunshine

The home is lovely and the property manager Bev could not have been more supportive and helpful. Any question we had, Bev was incredibly responsive and helpful. You will love the outdoor space night or day. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the pool area. The remote controlled screen on the lania with the living room set up made the evenings very enjoyable. Great place to escape the winter blues.

It is a good neighborhood to be in nice friendly people. The hostes (Bev) was extremely kind to us and worked with all of our needs. It was a good vacation for us always something to do.the weather was also wonderful.

A fabulous summer getaway!

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect and better than what the pictures reveal. Super clean and the beds were comfy. The dock worked out well for our boat and the hot tub was a perfect way to end our evening. The owl’s across the street were a pleasant site. Thank you Bev for the wonderful stay!

phenomenal house for the value

spotless home with every detail a traveler would need. the pool and patio were amazing; we were out there all the time. tiki bar area great for sunset. easy to find but in a nice quiet neighborhood. can't wait to come back!

Incredible property!

The location and property lived up to expectations and more! The property owner was very responsive and communicative. We had a blast in the pool and sitting by the canal. We saw dolphins and a few stingrays. Highly recommend.

Christmas get away

The owner was exceptionally helpful with some of our technical issues. (That were all operator error and not an issue with the property). And the house was decorated for Christmas which was an amazing touch! The house and the pool were a perfect place for our family!

The Best Decision!

Let me start by saying I’m VERY picky and I’m not easily impressed. So the fact that this property impressed me speaks volumes! I typically don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled to boast about this property and the owners. They were incredible to work with, made several accommodations for our family and the pictures of the property dont due it justice. It’s gorgeous and huge. We would definitely stay here again. We are a family of 5 and everyone had their own space and privacy. There are several sitting areas and gathering spots all over the property. The view from the 2nd level balcony is serene and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and open to the entire house. I cooked an entire thanksgiving dinner and never lacked a single utensil or serving dish! If you’re reading this review and considering this property for your travels - book it now!

Beautiful property!

This house was a perfect fit our family of 5. Bev, the owner was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. The property was amazing, and the outdoor space was perfect for us. We rented a boat so the dock worked out nicely. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, not to mention the grill set up was awesome, as well as the tiki deck. Lots of space, very clean and well done. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend this house as a great get away!

The pictures don’t do it justice

As gorgeous as the pictures in this listing are, they don’t do the place justice. I wish the beach was a little more accessible, but we had such a fantastic time hanging out by the beautiful pool that we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook to do it again. There were so many nice touches and comfortable places to congregate that I feel badly we didn’t have enough people to use them all! This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years! Quick shoutout to Lobster Lady Seafood if you need some meat/fish to cook on the awesome grill or for something delicious that’s already cooked!

Vacation with four teenagers!

Since we wanted to rent a boat, we chose this property primarily for the location and it didn’t disappoint!! We didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the canals as others do, which was extremely helpful with the pop up storms we experienced! The house was beautiful and wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed. We have stayed in many VRBO’s, and I believe this is the most completely stocked home we have ever stayed in!! We have four teenagers, and none of us minded when the weather forced us home as the house was so enjoyable and relaxing to spend time in! Would recommend this home without hesitation.
