Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. One bedroom (2 beds) was very small, but other rooms were great. location is great for Loon Mountain access.

Overall it was good stay. Good communication with Host. Great location. The only issue was that there was no heat in the top room which was inconvenient specially with the family and kids.

Our party of 11 had a great stay in this beautiful spacious home, which has newly renovated bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for home-cooked meals. The location is superb for skiing at Loon, with direct views of the mountain, and a spacious mud room for all the gear.

Highland Games at Loon

The house is in a perfect location for any activity at Loon Mountain. We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is well equiped for preparing meals and very clean. I would rent this house again!

Great house, great location, highly recommend!

We rented this house for a ski weekend for a few couples. The house was very spacious and well laid out for a bigger group. It had everything we needed. The location was great, right across from Loon and a shuttle that stops right out front to get you to and from the mountain. The pool and hot tub are seperate from the house, but great for kids. Overall great place!

Loved it !

A very nice property with a beautiful view... we were 8 adults and 3 kids and everyone had an awesome time... Steve (owner) was very accommodating and offered us an early check in if required.. Instructions were very clear and everything worked smooth from start to finish..

Just DON'T COOK ANYTHING !!

Decent house, good location across from Loon ski area. House is quite new. JUST DON'T COOK ANYTHING!! I cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, and mushroom soup. After the stay, host contacted me that his stovetop has food stain and he deducted money from my deposit!?!? I paid a ridiculous amount of cleaning fee for 2 nights for the cleaning company to do their job. When the can't do a simple job like cleaning stovetop after regular use, why take money from my deposit??? YOU ARE WARNED! DON'T COOK ANYTHING!!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, your statement of the facts is not accurate. My cleaning company and I spent several hours using various techniques attempting to clean the mess off the stovetop that you left behind. In the end, the surface needed to be scraped with a razor blade, although even that did not resolve the issue completely. There is permanent damage across the entire stovetop from your usage. I have all 4 and 5 star reviews and many repeat renters and try to provide a great experience. Most renters understand the difference between leaving a messy house that the cleaning company will take care of vs. outright lack of consideration. In rare circumstances, a fee is taken out of a security deposit. In your case, I charged a small fee for the extra time spent cleaning, which was 10% of your security deposit. That is more than fair given the situation and may help you avoid the same scenario when you rent from others in the future. I am sorry you were not fully satisfied with your visit.

Great House!

This was a great house for a 3 family ski trip. The kitchen is great, plenty of room to hang around and enough bedrooms for all. The shuttle service to loon is awesome. The owner was very responsive to our questions and always had the answer. It is well equipped, with linens, household items etc... Next time we go to Loon, I won't look anywhere else.

This house is great

House feels like home, new kitchen that is well equipped, great bedrooms, location is perfect! My whole family loved this place. We used the pool and rec. center. The owner is easy to communicate with and responsive. I will rent again!!

Blows your mind..

We went here on a student group retreat and were thoroughly impressed. It comfortably slept all 15 of the people in our group. The place is gorgeous on every floor and we loved the harpsichord at the place. Everything was very well thought out and it is clear that the owner knows how to relax. Highly recommended.

Awesome get away!! Super close to the mountain!! Clean!

I went up to Loon this past weekend with a bunch of friends, and had one of the best weekends ever. The condo was gorgeous, and had an amazing kitchen/livingroom/master bed. It was spotless, and linens provided made things super easy. Literally, right across from loon, with fabulous mountain views, it was a spectacular first encounter with VRBO. The only negative was the bottom floor was not as newly renovated as the top two. Other than that, absolutely PERFECT! We will beck back!

Awesome Vacation Home!

My family and I have been coming to Loon Mountain for years and renting condos/homes. This home was by far the best we've ever rented! It was in excellent shape and very clean. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need. Kitchen was so stocked all I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner was the Turkey! The owner was overly accommodating and readily available for questions during our entire stay. The club house was another plus, with 2 pools and 2 games rooms, which kept everyone busy. Without a doubt, I will request this home when we return in February. Thanks Steve for the great holiday memories!!

LOVELY!

From the moment we entered this beautiful home, we knew that we were in for a great holiday. The kitchen/dining/living rooms are completely updated and stunning. (There are other updated areas throughout the house as well.) Massive windows grant unobstructed views of the mountain. The views are amazing from the master bedroom, too . . . . we plan on coming back during the winter just to watch the skiers from bed! (Side note; the house has amazing water pressure! A small but important detail for the tired traveler that's been playing outside all day! ) The house has a lot of space while still maintaining that cozy mountain feel. A perfect place to stay and a great, proactive, landlord. We will be sure to come again.

Great Home!

The location within Coolidge Falls and the space of this home are wonderful. 7 of us stayed for a weekend and there was more than enough room. The view across to the slopes is beautiful day and night. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to make a nice meal. Steve is very easy to work with and is doing renovations that will make this home perfect. The regular shuttle to and from the slopes and access to the indoor pool and hot tubs is also a huge plus. We loved our stay and definitely hope to return next year!
