Mountain Home with A/C + Spectacular Views Of Loon

Wow! The first thought when you walk into this unit and look through to the back wall of windows with beautiful views of South Peak on Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River rolling by below! Come enjoy this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with 2100 sq-ft of rustic charm and character.
While staying at the house, guest will have free wifi, cable tv and large couch to make the mountain home as warm and cozy as you would expect. In the Summer months the house has A/C to keep you cool after a day out in the heat. The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe.
The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river.

In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available.

Property does utilize a ring door bell. This has the capability to monitor the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property.

Great spot to stay while skiing at loon

Enjoyed our quick trip. This condo worked out really well for our group. Plenty of space and very easy to access skiing, restaurants, and nature.

Great mom/kid getaway

3 moms and 5 kids stayed here for our trip to Santa’s Village. The property was spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed every minute! The kids enjoyed crafting at the large table and lounging on the spacious couch. We’d love to return!

A perfect family vacation

Did a 5 day family vacation here with 9 people and it was perfect. Enough space for people to spend time together or alone time, kitchen big enough to make family breakfasts and dinners; location that is close t o Lincoln, Woodstock, the Kancamagas and Loon Mountain; two large televisions, laundry, enough bathrooms to support 9 people; a back deck overlooking the Pemi River and South Slope of Loon....just perfect!

Perfect Stay!

Our stay was great! Perfect location with a deck that overlooks the Pemigawasset River. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The place had everything we needed in terms of space and comfort. I messaged Kevin one time and he responded immediately. Overall great experience!

Wonderful property for adults and kids

My girlfriends and I stayed here with our 6 kids for a quick trip to Santa’s Village. The condo was perfect for 3 families as we all had plenty of room, and several bathrooms. The view of the river off the deck was beautiful to wake up to in the morning. We would love to return here for future trips.

The house worked out perfectly for us.My son and I used the upstairs bedrooms and my daughter, son in law and 4 year old granddaughter stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs.Everyone was quite comfortable.The main floor was roomy and had everything that we needed, including a good selection of games.I certainly would recommend this property to friends and family.My only slight disappointment was that the grill on the deck had not been cleaned after the last use, so we didn’t cook on it.

Perfect getaway

Everything about this home made for a perfect off-season trip to the White Mountains. The condo is lovely and the balcony overlooking the Pemi is truly amazing! Adults and teens alike had a very relaxing and memorable weekend. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, and hope to be able to return ourselves in the future.

Everything was perfect from the inquiries which received prompt responses, extremely clean and well laid out to accommodate our 3 families. Easy check in, wonderful views and great location. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. You can’t go wrong if you come to this wonderful unit. The owners were VERY assessable and very helpful!!

Lovely View and Comfortable Living Space

Visited recently with 3 adult couples. Hard to find a couch that will fit 6 adults, but this place has it! The kitchen and dining area were great for eating in, especially as the area restaurants get super busy. We enjoyed dinner out on the patio overlooking the river. Checkout procedures were simple and timely communication was provided.

The log house is like being in your own home. It has everything!

Surprise 65th birthday weekend for my husband. When we pulled up to the house he had tears in his eyes. Two other couples arrived later to celebrate. The house had something for everyone. Hot tub, pool table, home theater and more. Such a fun and relaxing house to enjoy time with friends. The pillows and beds were fluffy and comfortable. Lots of warm, soft blankets throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. A large table that comfortably sat all of us. The house was so clean that it was like no guests were there before us. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. We ate at Fire and Ice restaurant. Awesome food at reasonable prices. Great memories were made this weekend!!!

Beautiful location, huge house and Spotless! Kids slept downstairs with plenty of room to spread out. Adults enjoyed the upper floor with 2 master bedrooms and baths. Location was perfect, close to so many amenities, and walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the sound of the river right outside. Amazing family vacation right on the Pemi!

My family and I had a had an amazing stay at Lincoln Station. The condo was huge and the view of the river was the best in the complex. My teenage son and his friend loved the private space downstairs with their own common room, bedrooms, and full bath. My parents and I liked the bedrooms upstairs, each with our own full bath. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved being so close to the pools and hot tub, as well as the shops in Lincoln. We are hoping to go back again next summer!!
