I want to give a shout out to Ray, the property manager. He is a 5 star manager and awesome guy. Kitchen was well furnished, rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, the pools were clean and refreshing and the beach views were truly Majestic. Also, I must mention the elevators were some of the fastest I have seen. We hope to return to same place next year. A big thank you to the host, Tina, for sharing her condo with us.

We had a beautiful vacation. Condo was nice and good location. Only down fall was beach chairs were to be included free during our stay, which was the key point of booking this condo very disappointed they were not provided.

An incredible week! I’ve stayed in a lot of different condos/houses and this is the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! We had 3 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space. The only complaint I have is that the beds are pretty uncomfortable. The resort was also very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property and hosts were easy to work with. Kitchen had an air fryer which was a nice surprise and a good amount of kitchen pots, pans, silverware and serving items. Can’t beat the views! Had a relaxing vacation, would definitely stay again.

Second bedroom bed had a broken box spring and was very noisy. Very bad smell in master closet. Could not keep our clothes in there. Second bath shower curtain was moldy.Only solution from manager was to leave with no refund. Problem with rental chairs was solved by manager.

We are the Millers, Regen & Lance with our 3 children. We live Destin Florida on what we thought were the most amazing beaches ever. Granted they are nice but; then we met our amazing realtor Tina, who showed us Panama City Beaches and all that they have to offer. We are a family of 6 ( including our dog, please do not tell them they are a dog.

Regen the lady of our family loves the 5th floor. Our Unit is optimally situated next to elevator on the east side of the building. Out front door, in elevator, exit elevator on ground floor, through indoor pool and out to the beach in less than 60 seconds
5th Floor is the best (little to no guest noise but great view of beach, water, etc..).
Renovated unit. New kitchen appliances.
