We had an awesome week @ this ground floor unit. We had a group of 5 adults. Loved we had enough comfortable patio & living room furniture and 2 king beds with private bathrooms, 3rd bedroom had an on suite also. Big ole TV in the living room. Great spot to watch football & scary movie's

The condo was AMAZING!! The rooms were huge and well furnished. There were 6 adults and 1 toddler and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The walk to the beach was a few steps through the pool area and across a wooden boardwalk. It took minutes to step on the beautiful white sand!

This is the third year we have stayed at the Enclave but first time in this condo. It was very nice and clean and Sands of Alabama was great to work with. They kept me updated on everything, including hurricane Isaias, and actually gave me a refund for the days we had left after we had to evacuate. The ONLY downside was that I am not crazy about the way the Enclave has gone to digital parking and you have to purchase parking passes online. I was able to get our pass early in the week but couldn’t get our daughter and her family’s until the actual day we got there and it wasn’t guaranteed until you could actually purchase it. I understand anything past two vehicles need to be parked somewhere else but when you rent a 4 bedroom condo you should have two guaranteed parking passes. Other than that our stay was great and I would be fine with booking with Sands of Alabama again. Great place to stay if you don’t mind dealing with the parking.

We always enjoy our stay at The Enclave 104. The master bathroom has received a very nice upgrade with a large walk in shower and new vanities. The flamingo room (for my girls) now has full bunk beds rather than two twin beds. They loved the bunks. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of good pots and pans. New cookie sheets.

We took our 91 year old with us and the location with the ease of access to the pool was fantastic. We are looking forward to bringing her back next year.

The room was nice, but parking was the issue. We paid for 2 parking passes, and when we arrived, there was only one parking space available. The security people told us they had oversold parking passes and to park at Walmart across the street. They apparently were telling everyone the same thing. The next morning, we discovered our car had been towed along with about 15 other cars staying at the same condo. After spending half the day and paying 275.00, we got our car back. We contacted the Condo manager and even had a meeting, but we were not reimbursed for the tow bill. Other than that, everything was great!!
