Phoenix West es uno de los condominios más lujosos del Golfo. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y en cada habitación. Con más de 2,600 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y está amueblada con 2 camas King, una cama Queen y dos camas individuales.



La unidad está decorada profesionalmente con electrodomésticos de gran tamaño, gabinetes a medida, encimeras de granito, barra de bar con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 52 pulgadas en la sala de estar con televisores de pantalla plana en las habitaciones, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora estándar. ¡El gran balcón ofrece el lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol sobre el Golfo! ¡También hemos actualizado el condominio con azulejos nuevos en las habitaciones!



Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños vallada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.



Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, tienen un cargo único de $ 35 por vehículo. Cualquier unidad 4br que alquile en Phoenix West le garantiza que puede comprar hasta TRES pases de estacionamiento, la recepción le venderá pases adicionales en función de la ocupación del complejo durante su estadía, pero no espere poder comprar un pase adicional durante el temporada de verano.

Great beach front property and location.

Family vacation with young adults to grandparents. Location and listing were spot on. We were equipped with everything we needed. Condo was more dated than expected but still clean and suitable for everyone. Beach access was perfect and close to the trails for morning runs/walks.

Amazing Condo! Book it Now!

This place is huge! Phenomenal wraparound views from the corner condo that just wows you as soon as you walk in. Our group of 10 had an incredible time & not once ever felt cramped. The building is in an excellent location for all things Orange Beach. We spent everyday in the lazy river, pool, huge water slide, & beach of course. Nothing bad to say. We are already planning our next trip for the Phoenix West.

Not bad but not good

Lights flickering in 3 showers. Ice maker in frig didn’t work. 2 electrical outlets didn’t work. Sheets kept popping off king beds so too small. Not enough pot and pan selection in kitchen.

The management is very helpful and nice. The condo is very spacious. And the rooms were nice as well. Plenty of space for 6 adults and children. We felt the condo could be stocked better…only a few bowls, warn out pans. The complex is big. Checking in on a Saturday and waiting for an elevator took some time. - which is to be expected going during the busy summer months.

elevators were terrible. Condo was nice. Water in Master bath tub did not work. Some of the kitchen items were chipped or broken but did not stop us from moving on. Pool and beach areas were very nice.

A Beautiful Thanksgiving

Never stayed at a Phoenix property before and frankly have preferred more singular properties than large developments. But we needed plenty of space for two families and we couldn't have been happier - I think the condo was bigger than my house! Some of the kitchen supplies left alot to be desired (e.g. replaced an inooerable can opener), but we were able to pull off a homemade Thanksgiving without too much effort and room for everyone around the table. The balcony is incredible. We hated to leave and we're so grateful to spend the holiday together in such a beautiful and comfortable place.

Always enjoy Phoenix West

Spring Break

Although extremely crowded and only 4 elevators for 28 floors of condos the overall experience was good. They really should’ve planned the elevator situation better to have freight and passenger elevators. Trying to squeeze luggage dolly on an elevator with hordes of passengers is no simple task

Great way to celebrate a 50th Bday

This was our 2nd time renting this unit in 8 months. It's perfect for large groups, this time we had 7 adults and still plenty of space. The decor, the openess, comfort of the beds, laudry in the unit, stocked kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, etc but most of all that view is amazing! The huge spacious balcony with plenty of seating which we couldn't utilize as much as last time due mother nature's wind but still a HUGE asset to an already great unit. Property is well maintained, pool area, gym, indoor pool, and bbq grilling area. Upon our arrival we noticed that all the smoke detectors were taken down and placed in the pantry which was a bit odd to us I notified Charlotte and she had maintenance come immediately and put them back up. We love this place and will be back.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this same unit in April 2017 and left very satisfied and impressed. This year, the unit was so run down.....tape along the top of cupboard drawers in the kitchen, finishing worn off on toilet seats (especially master bathroom), mildew in showers, sand all over the floors upon our arrival. Also missing a set of mixing bowls and measuring cups, and only 2 pots for cooking.

It was a very comfortable place for an extended family to stay and we'd stay at the same place again for sure. Some very minor suggestions for improvement: Screen on second master sliding door is torn. Lightbulbs were burned out in hallway bath. Washer doesn't run on all cycles. We fiddled with it to get it to work. Coffee filters are in an unlabeled Cool Whip container in the pantry, so I bought new ones before finding the unlabeled ones. More pillows would be helpful - in bedrooms and in living room. Pillows and bedding are very basic. Living room photos need updating. Just small stuff. TV is actually bigger. Furniture and rug have changed, but overall the changes from the photos are upgrades.Again, a great place! I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Just including the details to be helpful.

Impressive unit, beautiful view, very roomy

First impression when we walked in was "WOW." The size of the unit, the two walls of floor to ceiling windows, the huge balcony - really nice place. The beach is wonderful, soft, white sand. Nice outdoor pool area. Indoor pool/jacuzzi area could have been lit more brightly. Highly recommend you have a car, Ubers are not plentiful. Nothing really in walking distance, FYI other than the Wolf Bay restaurant (which had the BEST drinks during our stay). Downside was very poor communication with the host. It's managed by a big company, I'm used to smaller, more personal management companies, or the owners themselves. Completely unresponsive here on VRBO, had to look at the email to find a phone number to text. Workers came into the unit multiple times to work on WiFi and cable. We were not asked when would be good or if it would even be ok for workers to come in while we were paying quite a bit for the place and enjoying our time. On the good, side, they were kind enough to give us early check in and late check out. They just seriously need to work on their client communication.

The views were spectacular from the balcony!I do wish our condo was a bit cleaner. Some of the cooking pans and utensils were dirty (food stuck on them) and the countertops were dirty, but nothing we couldn't clean and take care of. Also, the pillows in the second master were paper thin...we normally take our pillows, but forgot them this time. They def need to be replaced. Outside of that the stay was perfect. The staff at the front desk, security and throughout the condo were AMAZING. You can tell they all truly love their jobs. Overall, we would 100% rent this condo again and look forward to it next year.

Awesome place and location!

The location is great being that it’s a short drive back into Gulf Shores and Foley or drive on down to the Florida line. We traveled as large family and the condo accommodated us all easily. The lazy river was the biggest hit for everyone. My dad is not one to get in the water or go to the beach unless we take pictures, but he stayed in the lazy River the whole week. Our uncle with down syndrome doesn’t get in the ocean and would prefer to stay in the pool and everything was so easy for him to access. We’ve always stayed in a beach house, so this was a different experience and we really enjoyed it!

Gorgeous condo!

Beautiful & spacious! The balcony and views were absolutely phenomenal. 9 adults stayed and never felt cramped. Charlotte and her team were very quick to answer any questions before our arrival and we didn't need any assistance during our stay. We loved the unit, building, and amenities but if I had one negative thing to say is maybe have a chat with the cleaning service. The bar & glasses were very dusty and the floors needed to be cleaned. They didn't look dirty but if you walked barefoot you would definitely see. These are the ONLY 2 negatives I have and they would not deter our group from staying here again. Highly recommend!
