Enjoy your own quiet private pool, covered patio with sitting area, hanging chair, and pergola with outdoor table & chairs. Large backyard with artificial turf, treehouse with slide. Pool table, shuffleboard, foo's ball table, ping pong table, cornhole. Great location. 1 Mile to Peoria Sports Complex (Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres Spring training facility). Minutes to plenty of shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. 12 minutes to State Farm Stadium (NFL-Cardinals) & Top Golf! Pool is heated during the cold months at no additional charge to our guests.

We had the best experience with these hosts and property. Our party consisted of two adults and four teenagers and there was plenty of room and lots of things to do for the kiddos! The property was clean and well maintained! We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in July 2026. It was wonderful. Owners were very prompt and even let us book an extra day earlier as our plans changed. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of fun stuff to keep our 13year old busy! Could not ask for better place and location was exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely modern, clean, comfortable home. The open concept made it easy to hang out with friends. The game room is a nice feature. The pool is fantastic and a life saver from the heat. Wonderful place to just hang out and relax!

The place was perfect for our family trip to AZ to celebrate a graduation. It was very clean, everything was labeled and the need to knows were very clearly spelled out and helpful. The house layout served great for letting our family and friends hang out and watch TV, visit, hang by the pool or play the great games available. Shuffleboard and pool was a big hit with my in laws and the adult kids we have. Will definitely stay here again in future visits.

The perfect place for our family! We all loved the heated pool and outdoor space as well as the pool table! The house was clean, fully stocked and just as listed. Close to spring training baseball, groceries and lots of dining options. We enjoyed a walking trail at the edge of the neighborhood every morning. Our host was very responsive. We will look to stay here again in the future!

The host was extremely nice, responsive and very accommodating! The house was beautiful and all of the games were a huge success. The backyard was awesome and even though we didn’t have a chance to utilize the pool, the backyard ambience was amazing. Definitely will stay here again if I get the chance!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. All of the game room games were in good shape and fun to play. The pool was nice and the back yard was quiet and private. We were in town to visit family and would stay again in the future.

I just retired the end of January 2022. We have used VRBO a few times over the years and decided to buy a home in Peoria and try our hand at hosting. We live in Tacoma Washington where Cindy was born. We both wanted to spend more time in a sunnier climate. We have two boys and 5 awesome grandchildren, ages 2 to 10 (we want more!!).

We chose this property because of the backyard and pool as well as the layout of the house. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and so close to the Mariners spring training facility as well as a tremendous number of shops, stores and restaurants. We felt this would be a convenient location for our guests.
