A family mega getaway with the top floor being a full unit with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The middle level featuring another 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. And the lower level with it's own bedroom. Want to gather as a group? No problem! Gather in the central sports themed common area inside including arcade, sports bar and theater room with shared large kitchen and dining area. Watch a game or movie in the tiered seating area! Even better, gather outside around the firepit or in the hot tub.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was advertised as NEW... it was not! The cabin had a lot of cosmetic issues, the hot tub was really filthy, the propane tank for the outdoor grill was empty and there wasn’t any firewood as advertised! The place was infested with ants and the media didn’t work in the theater.

The cabin was great the check in process needs to be better. When you pay for a check in time and hours later still waiting is unacceptable. An offering of a complimentary later checkout should be up for consideration.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outlay of the cabin was nice. Everyone had their own space. The walls are too thin and the floors are not solid. The bedrooms that were close should not have a window up top. It should be a full wall. If the people in one bedroom had their overhead light on or TV on all night, the light shines in the other person's bedroom. Overall, we loved that it was spacious and the game room was closed off.The cabinets should have been wiped down. They were full of cobwebs with insects caught in them. The mattress covers were spotted. They should have been cleaned. The main door keypad didn't work. Maintenance came out to put in new batteries. It still wouldn't work the next day. The porch furniture near the firepit wasn't clean. None of this stopped our fun. We would do it all over again. Customer service is very friendly and accommodating. It's definitely a nice cabin.

Perfect place for family reunion

Really appreciated that each room had a dedicated bathroom with its own hot water heater so that we didn’t need to worry about staggering showers! The lower floor with game room, long dining table, porch, and large community kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. Also, rooms were large and fairly quiet considering the noise going on downstairs! Great location for exploring all around Gatlinburg.

Mohn Family Vacation

The property was great! The kids enjoyed the game room and movie theater. Whenever they got back to the house they would play the various games that were available or watch a movie. We had a few minor issues but the rental management handled them immediately. If we come back to the Gatlinburg area, we will definitely book through Elk Springs Resort.

Overall a pretty good place for a group

The house worked well for our group. The only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable for the adults and the hot tub does not have a cover. The cold rain falling into the hot tub all day Saturday meant that it definitely was not hot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We hosted our friends and family for the weekend at this location and it was perfect. Very spacious and so much to keep us entertained. The home was an amazing place to have our friends and family stay with us and they were impressed with the house we found with plenty of bathrooms, kitchen space and space in general to keep everyone happy without feeling over crowded.

Elks Springs Resort is easy to get in contact with if a problem arises. Mattresses could be better quality especially in upstairs bunk room

Bears everyday

The pacman game was missing a controller and one game froze but a quick call to Management and it was corrected. We saw bear everyday. We would definitely come back to this home.

Family vacation

Nice place for the whole family

This property was great for our extended family of 9 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 to 8 years old. Plenty of space for all. Refrigerators and kitchen facilities on all 3 floors. The kids loved the gameroom. The property manager was responsive to questions as well as to address an issue that occurred with one of the games in the gameroom. The reason this didnt get 5 stars is that the VBRO advertisement for this property stated that it was fully refundable up to a couple of weeks before the stay. However, once I reserved the house, the agreement that I was required to sign stated that the refund was in the form of a credit for a stay at another Elk Springs place...and that credit was only good for a year. This is very misleading.

Great family home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is great for multiple families. This cabin has everything you need. The views are absolutely beautiful. We had bears visiting us multiple times. The game room was a hit in the evening. We had 18 people and had plenty of room. The only downside was in the master bedrooms the mattress could be better.The grill needs replaced, and the air conditioning went out on the top floor. They were there working on it right away.
