We FINALLY got our Certificate of Occupancy and we invite you to fall in love with the endless, breathtaking million dollar water views of Estero Bay as well as Gulf of Mexico. You get both sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. We have been unable to accept reservations for over two years and we are now ready to welcome you back. Our condo suffered ZERO hurricane damage. It was the two lower levels that needed everything fixed and now it is! There are things that are still being repaired so it is your chance to take advantage of our beautiful condo. There are going to be some inconveniences but you will still have the beach, the pool (hot tub/spa closed), fence and gates not totally back in place to name a few. Fort Myers Beach took a huge hit with hurricanes but we come back stronger and our building refreshed. Please be mindful it isn't all 100% rebuilt but all the important things are there. Please don't hesitate to ask me! Another consideration and why the rent is discounted; the bridge is being rebuilt and there could be some construction noises. We overlook the large Estero Bay and so any noises are reduced due to our condo location.

L’Amour Coastal Condo at Lovers Key Beach Club on Ft Myers Beach is a 1/BR 1/BA. BR has a king bed and is a separate room w/pocket door for good space use & privacy.Located next to Lovers Key State Park w/endless opportunities to enjoy all the outdoors has to offer. Bring your bikes, kayaks & fishing poles.

You came to our little patch of paradise for the sun, the beach and the incredible, breathtaking view and at L’Amour Coastal Condo you’ve found it!!
Step on the balcony in the evening and be immersed in the waterfront tranquil sunset view of Gulf of Mexico or early risers are enthralled by the magnificent sunrises. Throughout the day you’ll be entertained by the antics of bird life or passing dolphins.
L’Amour Coastal Condo is decorated in soft and pleasing coastal colors of teal/aqua and coral from the new bedspread to the quintessential nautical aqua striping on the walls. You'll be immersed in that rest and refreshed coastal feeling. The Coastal Cottage furniture graces the bedroom along with original artwork. Artwork in the kitchen includes a kitchen back splash original mural with Sea Turtle. Kitchen cabinet knobs I've painted in starfish, crabs and sea horse designs. Every detail has been considered from aqua colored black out window drapes for your sleeping comfort to the lift top coffee table in the living room for additional relaxed dining, cable TV viewing or working on your laptop. The kitchen counter has seating for two with an extra stool in the bedroom. The bistro set on the balcony is another dining spot with the jaw dropping views.
We think of the little things. You'll find salt and pepper and probably a bunch of other stuff like coffee w/filters that will help start your vacation off on the right foot. The condo is amply stocked with palm tree design dinnerware, hand painted coastal glassware, wine glasses, nice flatware, Kuerig and regular coffee pot, pots and pans, storage ware for your leftovers, bake ware, utensils, mixer, blender, crock pot, toaster and full size appliances plus an apartment size dishwasher. Dish soap provided along with dishwasher tabs. You’ll find shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer along with other items for your convenience.
Along with the new drapes, king bedspread, original artwork and new paint there are 2 air conditioners-one in living area and one in the separate bedroom as well as a ceiling fan in the kitchen for added air circulation. The king bed is an adjustable bed. What a great way to watch a little tv in the bedroom relaxing in your raised adjustable bed. When its time to settle down for the night with a good book, for your convenience we’ve added wall mounted modern long neck reading lamps on each side of the bed.
We do allow for 3 guests. Fee is $25/day for one additional guest over 2 guests. The couch is a comfortable sofa that has one long cushion. When you remove the back pillows you have an approximately 5’8” single bed. Bedding including mattress pad provided for the sofa when reserved for the additional guest. Third guest must be child of rental guests.
The bathroom has a tub and shower combo. Bath or shower…we got you covered. The hot water is instant with our tank less water heater. You’ll appreciate the flow of the shower head. Towels are soft and clean. There is a large closet in the bathroom for beach supplies and other things you need stored. This, in addition to a full length mirrored door in the bathroom.
If you packed light and need to do a load there is a laundry room with credit card operated washer/dryers on the lobby entry level. Guests can use rolling carts to carry luggage or laundry. NO LUGGAGE CARTS in condo. Unload in the hallway please.
We make it convenient and easy for our guests to access L’Amour Coastal Condo at LKBC by using keyless entry for self check in. Shortly before your arrival we send all the codes and lots of detailed info. There is also a notebook on the counter with lots of good info regarding your stay and easy self check out.


Parking is free and unassigned. With HOA prior permission, parking a small boat or RV is allowed if it fits in one space each. Allow paperwork approval lead time. All parking is inside the fenced property of Lovers Key Beach Club.
Use the elevator to arrive at the 12th floor. L’Amour Coastal Condo has a keyless entry code we provide.

Estero Island more commonly known as Fort Myers Beach (not to be confused with FT Myers....totally different city on the main land) is 7 miles long so nothing is very far away. Going north over the bridge you will find Santini Marina Plaza about 3 miles away. You can explore an array of boutiques that have come back newly rebuilt. There are restaurants and food trucks no farther than 4 miles north of LKBC. The popular Flippers is a 5 minute walk out the gate to your left for your dining pleasure. Take your vehicle or hop on the trolley that travels up and down the Island to Times Square which is downtown Ft. Myers Beach....don't confuse FT Myers Beach with FT Myers...two totally different towns/locations.... and back south to the entrance to Lovers Key State Park. It only costs 75 cents one way on the trolley. It's not real reliable (arrival dependent on traffic) but you don't want to miss riding it at least once or twice. Or, you’re on vacation so use the trolley and leave the driving and forget the parking hassle altogether. There is one grocery store on Ft Myers Beach and it is about 3 miles north and is called Publix (trolley stops there). There is one main road on Ft Myers Beach. It is called Estero Blvd.

If you’ve had a full and active day and don’t want to cook you also don't have to go far; literally a 5 minute walk and you will be at a very popular waterfront restaurant called “Flippers” for some special dining.

From L’Amour Coastal Condo you are only an elevator ride away from the famous sugar sand beaches for sun bathing walking or shelling. Lounge on LKBC private beach complete with beach chairs. If more adventurous you can walk to Lovers Key State Park for kayaking or even geocaching (not sure if geocaching is still available after the hurricanes...let me know if it is). Lovers Key State Park is a drive less than a mile away to hike or bike the trails or kayak the waterways.
