Nice condo right across the road from the beach. Great view off the large balcony. Steve the host was very easy to communicate with and fixed any issues immediately. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach & Tennis Club. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. I loved having morning coffee on the balcony with stunning views of the gulf. The king bed was very comfortable. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect getaway location! Super easy amazing access to the beach. Provided towels, beach chairs, and wagon is a wonderful perk. Building is quite. View of gulf from balcony is stunning!

Check in was seamless and communication from owner was great, very straightforward. The unit itself was extremely clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only difficulty we had was the temperature of the unit at night. Despite multiple fans on and AC on, we were quite hot at night not being able to sleep. For reference, we traveled down in Florida summer and rainy season and this unit is on10th floor (heat rises). Not sure what could be done to make cooler as this is certainly only an issue during summer months. Bed was a bit firm and should have brought our own pillows, but that is on us. Overall a nice place with a beautiful view. Keep in mind if traveling during rainy season not much to do indoors other than mall, dining, and museums if open. Great location to get to Naples and 5th Ave and Tin City shops.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach

The apt is just across the beach. The A/C is at the living room, so the bedroom never really got cold. That’s the only reason I would not give a 5 stars. The communication was great and instructions very clear. I would recommend for a couple, max 3 people. Everything else was perfect: They had beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler and a wagon, which really helped. The apt was very clean, but had a funny smell, like someone smoke a cigar and it got Impregnated in the A/C unit. In that part of Florida you cannot drink at the beach, which was a bummer, but we had fun and really enjoy the location and the apt infrastructure.

Amazing Location

The condo is in a great location with being directly across the beach and walking distance to two restaurants. The beach is right across the street which is really nice as the beach parking fills quickly. Better yet, the condo provides beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and even a beach wagon to easily walk to the beach. The condos pools were very nice as well. The condo does have only 1 wall a/c unit which was fine for us but I could see some feeling warm if you prefer the room temperature below 70-72. All in all, we would definitely return again as it was a wonderful time in an amazing location.

Everything was perfect with the unit. Fully stocked with everything you need to hit the beach, cook and get cozy, retiring for the evening. Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect getaway that has everything you need

This was the perfect place for my sister and I to run away from our families for a few nights. They literally had everything you would need in the rental, so all you have to bring are your clothes. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil and salt and pepper, even a heated pool. The condo property was quiet, the only noise was from the road that runs between the condos and the beach but we didn't let that bother us. From condo to sitting on the beach was about 8 minutes. The owner was very responsive and friendly to work with. We will def keep this in mind if we need another getaway!

Wonderful Spring Break Get-Away!

Bonita Springs is a beautiful place to stay! The beach is peaceful. The locale is perfect. Everything about our experience has been wonderful! I cannot say enough positive remarks about the area, and the hosts are amazing! Our condo was exactly what we needed for our stay! We will be back!!

Amazing location

Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai. Bonita and Barefoot beaches are steps away. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Bonita Springs spring break

My husband and I stayed at This property for our spring break. I booked in January. Prior to the trip and throughout our stay we had great communication with the owner, Steve. He answered our questions quickly. When we arrived the pkace looked great. It was clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag and coolers to take to the beach. The beach is as so convenient, right across the street. We loved have Docs and Coconut Jack’s so close as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation.

Great experience!

Great location! This place has everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and a great view of the ocean. The unit is clean and updated with some special homey touches. The owners are great to work with and respond quickly.

Could not have been happier with choice

We enjoyed our stay during the month of January. Steve was an excellent owner who responded quickly to any small issue we might have had. I would recommend his condo too anyone - as long as they don't want it when I do!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the owners. The unit was recently renovated - OCD clean and well-appointed. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Incredible sunsets. Super comfy bed. We look forward to returning!

Little Get Away

The place is very nice and clean. Breath taking views of the water. Steven was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place had plenty of room for what we needed it for. Close to the beach and some very nice restaurants. I will definitely be coming back!!l
