Villa Alexi, en villa vid vattnet, möblerad med antikviteter samlade i Kina och Tibet. Infinity pool med direkt havsutsikt, super stora sovrum och mycket unik inredning som du kommer att njuta av när du kopplar av till ljudet från havets vågor nedan.

Köket designades av min make som var en professionell kock i USA och Frankrike. Möblerna samlades i norra Kina och Tibet. Som fastighetsmäklare har husets design allt som människor vill ha: utsikt, lätthet att leva, komfort, elegans och antikens mysterier.

När du blickar mot havet och tittar på klippformationerna kommer du att se våra döttrar hemliga heta pool - nyligen tvättade av havet varje timme, varm och avkopplande.


Porträtten i huset representerar några av minoritetskvinnorna i södra Kina med sina unika och exotiska huvudklänningar.

Such an awesome location

This was the perfect house for two couples. I’ve been coming up SBH for many years, and it is very rare to get ocean views like this. We skipped going out to dinner several nights in favor of sitting on the lounge chairs listening to the waves. It’s incredibly peaceful. The house itself is well-appointed. Kitchen has everything you need for basic meals. The beds are very comfortable. The property manager, Olivia, is super-responsive and a font of information. She speaks perfect English so communication was very easy. She’s a gem. All in all a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

Private, quiet, beautiful villa

This was our third time staying at Villa Alexi. The space is ideal - right on the ocean with beautiful views, very private, comfortable indoor space, and not far from Gustavia and St. Jean. Byron and Olivia are very responsive and have always been wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Beautiful, private oasis. Lots of different areas, both shaded and in the sun, from which to enjoy the sweeping views of sea and islands. Very comfortable indoor spaces. Infinity edge pool with lights added a great touch. Couldn’t see the neighbors, but enjoyed hearing a piano virtuoso playing daily. Easy walk to a little-used beach and easy drive to bakery, Gustavia, and shops. Byron and Olivia were great host and manager.

The villa is charming, quiet peaceful setting with the sound of the waves ever present.

My family has been coming to St Barts for almost 30 years. This is the first time we have stayed on Anse des Lezards. The location of this villa is great. Private, quiet and right on the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation. Even comes with a tortoise!

Breath taking.

A Wonderful Stay in Villa Alexi!

Another fabulous family vacation on St. Barths! This was our first stay in Villa Alexi. We loved our stay in this wonderfully situated villa. The up-close proximity to the ocean, with breathtaking views for sure a highlight. One could never tire of looking out to the water and enjoying the sounds of the waves. The villa is comfortably large with two big master suites, large living room sitting area, ample kitchen and big dining room table - which was perfect for our 1000 piece puzzles we worked on during our stay. One of our sons stayed down in the third bedroom on the lower level. He loved his "man-cave" and privacy any teenager would enjoy. And I have to admit Dish Satellite with American stations kept my other son and husband fully entertained with the March Madness basketball games. Not sure we could ever stay anywhere with out American tv again. It made staying in for dinner much more entertaining (guess we are a tv family!). The wifi worked well, housekeeping came as expected, and Bryon was extremely responsive at all times when we needed help with something. Bryon also has a friend who gives the best massages ever - worth every penny and not to be missed. There is a little area in one of the bedrooms that is perfect for massage. Just past the villa is an interesting place to try a different type of workout - Ultimate Saint-Barth Center. My boys did it and loved it - were actually sore of a couple of days. There is a small grocery store just down the road, which was well stocked for everyday items. We look forward to another stay in Villa Alexi and definitely recommend it! -The Husic Family

Totally Chill

The location of Villa Alexi right next to the crashing waves, with a stunning vista from every room, made it an absolutely therapeutic and relaxing oasis. We lounged by the pool and had little motive to leave despite the fun to be had elsewhere on the island. Thanks Byron!

Tops!!

My wife and I went to St. Barts for the first time in 1982 and with the exception of two years have gone back every year since. We have stayed in hotels and many different villas. For the overall value Villa Alexi has proven over the last four years to be superior over any previous accomodations that we have used for all those years!!

Stunning views, gorgeous character

Villa Alexi was absolutely amazing! Lots of well used space in this Villa, makes it feel comfortable but never cramped. Byron, the owner, has done a great job of decorating the interior and creating a serene secluded area for the pool. The infinity pool and pool deck has great views of the ocean and gets a nice gentle breeze to help you stay cool! A must stay for anyone, the third room has a private outdoor shower that is awesome!

Tranquil and Luxurious!

This was the first time staying in Alexi (we had stayed at Villa Avril up the hill and absolutely loved it) and we found it to be perfect for our growing family!! Everyone had their own space and the pool and sunning area were so good we hardly wanted to leave! The location is great, with a nice local area with a grocery store and some nice shops and little restaurant. The view is spectacular and the privacy is well appreciated! Byron is great- we were delighted to see him again and to share some nice experiences with him. Incredibly interesting guy who spoiled with the delicious croissants. We love the island and have come to feel an attachment to Byron and to Anse de Cayes. We will be back again!

Another great visit to Alexi

This was our second stay at Alexi and it was another great 2 weeks. The villa is great and pretty much anything you need is there. It's very comfortable and being right on the ocean is awesome! Return to Alexi

This was our third stay in Alexi. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. The weather was perfect, sun durning the day some rain at night. The location is perfect. We could be in Gustavia in 5 minutes or Saint Jean in 5 minutes. Can't wait to return.

Fabulous!

Wonderful villa - fabulous views - cannot beat waterfront! And convenient to town and St. Jean. What a wonderful way to spend the morning - boulangerie is close enough to pick up some croissants on the way back from the morning run, to have oceanfront with coffee with a post workout dip in the pool. Ahhhh!

What can I say...stunning!!!

We stayed at Villa Alexi for 7 wonderful days. We absolutely loved every moment. Hearing the waves and the seeing unbelievable view every morning was so relaxing. The Villa has everything you need including a bbq grill right outside the kitchen door. We loved going to the bakery every morning and coming back to have coffee and a croissant on the deck. We are already trying to plan our trip back. Thank you Byron!

Another Amazing Visit to Alexi

We are repeat customers at Alexi and it remains one of our favorite places to stay in St. Barts after visiting the island for more than 10 years. Byron is a wonderful host and keeps Alexi in perfect condition. What's not to like about super comfortable beds, a great location, beautiful pool with nothing but the ocean in front of you and a well furnished villa with screens? It's got everything you could ever want in a villa in Paradise, but just to be sure - there was a new super quiet and super cold A/C in the bedroom this year. Thanks Byron. We will be back. Alexi - A Private Paradise

My family of 5 enjoyed Villa Alexi once again for the Christmas Holiday. This was our first time there for Christmas, and we had the time of our lives. The house gave us so much privacy and room to have fun as a group. The house was so clean and every detail was attended too. We will be back many more times! MB

Alexi - Super Place to stay!

Our group of 6 people (4 from the UK and 2 from US) enjoyed our first stay at Alexi. That view first thing in the morning when you awake is absolutely amazing. The sounds of the sea rolling onto the shore was so soothing. There is everything you could possibly need in the Villa. All tastes are catered for and the couple of times when something wasn't as expected - a quick call to Byron fixed it for us! St Barths is so quaint and very french and we will be back - just hope it won't be too long!!!!

Perfect spot to cool out and relax, we have our own grocery in neighborhood too. Five mins to Gustavia, Flammands beach and St. Jean, nothing is more convenient !!
