Charming Colonial in the Heart of Mystic

Charming coastal-chic colonial home in the heart of Mystic, situated in the coveted West Bank Historic District. A quiet road just moments from restaurants and shops, this home away from home affords you an expansive half acre of tranquility with immediate access to all that Mystic has to offer. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the town and peek-a-boo views of Mystic harbor, make the yard your playground, or walk/cycle/drive in minutes to many activities. The house has a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy meals with your family and friends. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and it's En suite bathroom which has been fully renovated. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and an additional "chairfuton" size twin for a young child to sleep on if need to. Those 2 bedrooms will share the second bathroom, which also has been fully renovated. You will have access to Gigabit speed internet which will allow you to work and watch your favorite shows on the smart tv's in the Den or in the Family room. Your teenagers will enjoy spending time in the nautical themed unfinished basement, with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a foosball table and a TV for their enjoyment and a full bathroom with shower.
The top floor has a desk if you need to work at home while on your vacation.

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family weekend! The home was spacious and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our crew of eight! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and one of the best rentals I've stayed in. It was stocked very well and the kitchen was especially fabulous. The temperature was comfortable throughout the house and we slept well in the bedrooms. The location was great; We walked to downtown Mystic in just a few minutes time. PS - One suggestion is to have a kitchen sponge or washcloth handy for dish washing...we did go buy one!

The charming colonial is a perfect getaway for a large family or group stay! The accommodations are fabulous. We were a group of 11 family members (5 of which were children ages 4-9). The basement bunk room is perfect, the living space is roomy, the outdoor space is plentiful and the house is clean and comfortable. I felt like everything we could think of that we needed was available at our fingertips. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and useful tools. The hosts were AMAZING! We noted we only found one trash bag and they had a new box delivered first thing the next morning. They were communicative, kind, and considerate. We had one small hiccup during our stay and the hosts did everything to make it right and then some. The location is awesome! Close to all Mystic has to offer and walking distance to the cute downtown area (was able to BBQ at the house and walk downtown for ice cream and live music by the drawbridge). Absolutely recommend this for a large party staying in the Mystic area!

The house was perfect for our family of 7! The beds were very comfortable and the living spaces provided a great space for us to relax. We were able to walk into Mystic in just a few minutes to grab food, ice cream, or shop. We loved sitting on the front porch swing and watching the butterflies in the garden!

This home has been voted the best we’ve stayed at for this annual weekend by all members of my family. It is light and airy, very comfortable, and in a terrific location. The host couldn’t have been more responsive. We look forward to going back.

Great house!

We had a great stay in Mystic at this house! House is beautiful and a great location to downtown. Very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. Bunk bed room is probably best for teens or kids, but we did make out fine with just adults as well. Would highly recommend!

In-town elegant serenity!

This is a beautifully restored home a short walk to downtown Mystic. A wonderful layout with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a full bunkroom on the lower level. We especially loved the two separate living spaces - each with wide screen tvs. We also took full advantage of both dining areas, inside and on the expansive deck off the back of the house. And lastly, the updates to the kitchen and baths are spectacular. I've rented a number of units all over the country and seldom if ever seen a kitchen so well equipped. And always the finest quality available!. The first thing the kids said on the ride home was 'when can we come back!

Downtown is a 5 min walk. We also walked a 1/2 mile to the wedding venue. Nice clean house. No issues.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location

Lovely house with amazing views of Mystic. Very quiet and private street, a nice walk to town, and close to our favorite restaurants (Oyster Club and Sift). Plenty of bedrooms, the deck overlooking the property is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but if we had wanted to it was very well stocked and gorgeous. Loved all the different options for coffee preparation!!!!

Great house and location

This by far was the best equipped rental we have stayed in and I rent a lot of houses. We love to cook and had everything we needed. It’s also very well decorated. It takes only a few minutes to walk into town and to all of the good restaurants.

My husband and I speak several languages, so please feel invited wherever you are from.
