Seabreeze fue construido en 1821, en lo alto de un acantilado que domina el encantador pueblo de Mystic. ¡Es el lugar ideal para una estancia relajante! Alquiler por noche en septiembre o mes de octubre $ 15,500. Vistas panorámicas del río Mystic, el puente levadizo místico, las islas y los barcos de altura. A poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes, marinas, Mystic Seaport y Mystic Aquarium. Bellamente amueblado con decoración costera. Luminoso y aireado!
Enorme, patio cercado con portón. Patio de piedra con asientos de lujo, mesa con sombrilla para 10 personas, juegos de césped, parrilla, horno de pizza a gas y mesa de fuego a gas. Siéntese en las sillas Adirondack y disfrute de las vistas del puente levadizo, los barcos que pasan, Mystic River y Fisher's Island Sound. No se pueden celebrar eventos en Seabreeze.

My husband and I stayed with long time friends as we were in town for a reunion. We knew gathering with friends was going to be fun, but the moment we walked into the house it felt special. Comfortable and welcoming, with a touch of whimsy, immediately we felt like we had gotten away from the busy-ness of everyday life. The kitchen was easy to work in. It was an quick walk into town to see what has changed, and see old favorites still in business. But best of all, the gathering spaces made it so easy to simply enjoy hanging out and and enjoying the views.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful historic home in Mystic! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the character and warmth of the house. The owner has done an incredible job preserving some of its history while including all the modern comforts.The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the harbor, shops, and amazing restaurants. We loved exploring the town during the day and coming back to relax on the cozy porch in the evenings.The house was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like local guidebooks, quality linens, and coffee supplies. Everything was easy from check-in to checkout, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful.Whether you’re visiting for a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or just to soak in the New England charm, this place is an ideal home base. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mystic!

Quiet sunny views overlooking old Mystic

The house was perfect for our weekend. The seating area at the back really caught the morning light. We loved the view of Mystic and the river. It was too warm to light the fire pit but the backyard picnic table was great for a late lunch.We found the house comfortable and it was a great location for walking down to Mystic. Try Sift its just a short walk from the house.

Perfect blend of old and new, foot access to town, car access to 95

Absolutely gorgeous historic home with a modern addition. The view are incredible. The walk to town is literally 3 minutes. The host is a genuinely lovely soul. There is is en suite with the master, there is a second bath downstairs. The other two bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom. The main floor has central air. The bedrooms have A/C units (historical renovation restrictions I am sure). The driveway held our two enormous Cadillac Escalades with room for two more vehicles. The parking alone is enough to rent this beautiful house as people trying to visit downtown Mystic are parking along the street near the house. There is a convent access to 95 going both North and South. The kitchen is well equipped, the sunroom is huge and has beautiful unobstructed views, the dinning room is appropriate for 8 at least. The living room has a large TV and ample seating. Both main bedrooms have very comfortable Queen sized beds. The third bedroom is probably best suited for children there is a twin and a trundle. The is ample closet space. Overall a fantastic blend of authentic Mystic charm and modern convenience. Perfect access by foot to all the action. Perfect access by car to 95. You won't regret this.

Perfect stay!

A perfect combination of history and luxury. There wasn't anything missing. Views from the backyard were stunning. The sun room was relaxing and a favorite. The walk to town was easy. As a frequent visitor to this area, this property was our favorite.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend

We had a the perfect lowkey girls’ weekend. The house was spacious, beautiful, and just right for our needs. Having full bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the morning a breeze. We loved being right around the corner from downtown. Thank you so much! We would definitely rent here again if the opportunity arises.

Very nice home to stay.

We loved the house! I had to get used to the limited window coverings, I am used to shutting the blinds when walking around the house at night. Also, the proximity to the downtown area was great, the hill was a little challenging, but we walked to different shops and restaurants every day.

Beautiful Historic Home

This house is outstanding. While historic, the house was very comfortable, functional, handled 4 adults & 2 children, and the backyard was fantastic. The location of this house is terrific, walking distance to the center of town. Communication with Owner (who lives close by) was first rate, and very responsive.

Family gathering

Prefect location for walking into town. We eat outside on the lovely patio every night. The rental worked out very well for our family gathering.

Historic and modern above the river

We had a great stay! The house worked well for two adults and two kids. Nice blend of historic and modern, and well stocked for having meals in or entertaining. Great quiet location with river views, and quick walk into town. We hope to return soon!

Perfect location

This is an exceptionally clean, charming house in perfect walking distance to downtown Mystic. Great seaside feel, it's obvious the owner has put a lot of love into it. Has a large backyard with good views, well stocked kitchen, a couple of entertaining areas. If you arrive later in the day in the summer, I'd recommend you ask the owner to turn the AC units on in the bedrooms before your arrival, to give them a chance to cool down - the upstairs was incredibly hot and would be too hot to sleep in without AC running for awhile before bed. Beautiful place!

Girls’ weekend

Anna’s house is beautiful with so many lovely touches. It is a quick 3-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Mystic. We loved her sun room. It was a great place to all relax, read and catch up. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Mystic House

Best VRBO I have ever rented. Had anything on hand that was needed and immaculately clean. The house itself is perfect as it is what I would picture a Mystic house to be. Also, the fact it was on a bluff on the 4th of July allowed us to watch 6-8 fireworks shows at once from a distance.

Best property ever!

My girlfriends and I were so impressed with this spacious house! The host was very helpful, and we loved the little touches in the space. And the backyard and view were amazing! We will be back! Such an easy check in and check out process too!

Strategically located between New York and Boston, the Mystic coast is ideal for ship building. The shipyards of Mystic built over 1400 ships between 1784 and 1919. These included small fishing and transport sloops, but also massive trans-oceanic merchant ships and beautiful Clipper Ships like the Andrew Jackson and David Crockett that were noted for their speed as well as their durability and beauty. Sealing, whaling, fishing and merchant shipping were also important to Mystic. The Mystic Seaport Museum in town sits along the river and is a walkable, living museum open every day.
