The hurricane made getting to the property very challenging, would have hoped the property would have been a little more flexible with check in and out times given the circumstances. Check out at 10am was a bit early for the money you are paying.

Excellent Stay

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Phoenix V in Orange Beach. This unit has been very clean and nice. We would stay here again for sure!! I especially loved the communication with Beachball Properties! You have communicated with us the whole time and we appreciate that so much. Thank you for giving us a great vacation!

Room was everything as described. Clean, beautiful beach and pool view and check-in was easy. Master shower knob was a little confusing and outdated to use but not a big deal once you figure it out.

Good Family Unit Stay

Overall the property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean was nice and it was easy to access the beach with a wagon and family.

Excellent location

Great view, spacious condo. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor pool / hot tubs. Centralized location in Orange Beach, very easy access to everything. Highly recommended, one of the best condos we have been in.

Great location

Trip started rough and there were a few things in the condo that needed attention but they were addressed. It was a great trip awesome location and great condo. We loved Orange Beach and will be back.

This condo has amazing views! It was the best part!!! 2 things that were disappointing. The kitchen was not as stocked as I would have hoped. There was not a single spice… not even salt or pepper. The property is a little older than expected for the price. The only reason I wouldn’t return is bc it’s such a long walk to the car, and the beach. The wait time for elevators was long at times.But,overall it was great experience and views were absolutely amazing!

Perfect accommodations!

This property was very spacious and clean. It had a great view of the ocean and you are right on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. The communication from the property manager was prompt and very specific so we had no questions!

Great location and amenities

Great location, close to walmart and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Property wasn't cleaned very well with master bathroom drain working slowy and food/nail clippings on floor by couch.

Great time in ‘bama

1415 is just as listed in the pictures. Clean and well decorated Linen, towels and couch were soft. Bedrooms very spacious. Loved that you could sit on the couch and look at the water Would book again

Condo was the perfect size for our familyOf 4. We had 2 pack n plays in the second bedroom for the kids. The master bathroom could use a new showerhead but that’s about it! Very comfy king bed and amazing views of the ocean. Kids loved the splash pad and pool. Location couldn’t of been better.

Awesome time

Beautiful property and as described. Perfect location and beautiful beach. Everything was as expected as it should be. The only thing that could use an update is the indoor pool area as you can tell it's a little dated; it the kids loved it everyday!
