*UPDATE* This condo has undergone some updates with all new laminate flooring, beautiful new peaceful blue paint throughout and new comfy living room sofa and loveseat. The beds in the 2nd bedroom have been split apart, making a full and a twin, both on the floor.

Fireworks are always a fun and exciting experience that both the young and old enjoy. It's a reminder of our youth when beautiful lights and loud bangs kept us gazing into the sky with joy. "Sundaes at the Park", is an event that happens each Sunday at North Side Park and features live music along with an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories and the best part is that it can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own private balcony!

You'll love staying in this well-maintained unit. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The full-sized kitchen is ready for making those cost saving meals at home. Sleeping accommodations include 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free WIFI.

Conveniently located to North Side Park, it is the perfect location for families that are participating in events there. You'll also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located only 1.5 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City which gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Lorelei is an elevator building.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 125th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(Pools are open seasonally. Opening/closure dates are determined by each individual building. Benchmark Property Services is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability of pools or other onsite amenities, where applicable, at any time.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great Vacation!!

Relaxing stay

Wonderful stay. We found the unit well-furnished and up-to-date. It is located within walking distance of the beach and Northside Park (which offers a nice walking path). We would definitely stay there again.

Last Minute Labor Day Trip

We had the best stay! We decided a few days before we had to leave to book a trip to Ocean City. We chose this location based on recommendations from a local friend. The condo itself felt like home. We had everything we needed and we could walk anywhere we needed to be. Great location for kids! We hope to make it back here again.

Great location, clean and easy

Location was great by 125th St. Listing is exactly as stated. Instructions are thorough and helpful. Parking was plentiful and access to the beach was easy. We really just slept there, but plenty of room and kitchen was clean and well maintained. Bummed it wasn’t available for next summer when we went online. Would definitely rent again if it was available!

Perfect Spot!

We had such a great week in Ocean City. This was our first time visiting and we all agreed we picked the perfect spot! Condo was exactly as advertised and very clean. Bus ride home from the Boardwalk was a bit long but it was worth it. Location right next to Northside Park was awesome … we found the grill at the picnic shelter and grilled one night thanks to suggestion from the hosts. They were so quick to respond to any questions we had ahead of time and while we were there. Distance to beach was great and pool was a bonus! Kids played in the pool more than we had anticipated! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in quieter part of ocean city.

Overall a good stay except some bad weather due to hurricane. The check in process was easy, there was plenty of parking and having an elevator was nice. Across from Northside park where we walked most days when possible. The condo itself was clean, and the bags with the clean towels and sheets were there upon arrival. The air conditioning worked well. Starbucks, McDonalds, Wawa all close by. The bed frame master bedroom was a little creeky. bed frame probably needs to be tightened maybe. Mattress was a little too soft for me but I slept okay. I never heard any noise from adjacent condos. The bathrooms were spacious and worked fine. TV’s worked. Only one of them was a smart TV I believe. One observation and no fault of the condo I could tell the water has a higher level of chlorine. I only know this as I have a whole house water filter that reduces chlorine and without out it my skin gets really dry and cracks. I’m just really sensitive to it I guess. So again overall a good stay with no issues.

The best of OC

The condo was spotless and beautiful when we arrived. Lots of natural light and a great view of Northside Park, Bayside, and a 1.5 block walk to a popular local fishing pier, and a 1.5 block walk to the beach. We enjoyed all the close amenities: mini golf next door, Dumsers Ice Cream, kayaking in the bay, Morning walks at Northside Park, and a short drive to grocery stores (Food Lion has the best prices around there) to take advantage of the full size kitchen (stocked very well) for home cooking. My kids were comfortable every night, including my son who elected to sleep in the sofa bed. Said it was the most comfy sofabed he’s ever slept on, and that says a lot! Northside Park has “Sundays at the Park” That hosts local bands, food, and fireworks to end the night. And it’s free to attend! Awesome for all ages. Bathrooms are large and comfortable. Loved the walk-in closet and separate vanities in Master BR. Grateful to Rhonda and Dave for their accommodations. Don’t be afraid to call them for anything!
