FAMILY CONDO!! Almost 1,000 square feet 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom Sea Witch. Condominium on the quiet beach block of 131st Street, Ocean City, MD! Located conveniently close to the 128th North Side Park, The Crab Bag, Alley Oops for the kids, mini golf, movie theatre for those rainy days, the list goes on!

•Large over sized balcony with ample seating for a morning cup of coffee or late night beer,located on the 3rd floor (stairs only). Balcony has an 43” smart TV!

•Spacious living room with adjoining 6 person dining room table and breakfast bar into kitchen. 2 off street parking spaces included with ample off street parking.

•Master bedroom includes a comfy king size bed with en-suite full bath with tub/shower.

•2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

•Full hall bathroom has tub/shower combo

•TV’s in the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and balcony with strong wifi and Amazon FireSticks, YouTubeTV and cable!

•Stackable washer and dryer in unit.

No pets are allowed.

This is an absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind condo!

Renting Saturday to Saturday weeks during the summer. Please inquire if you would like a short week, we may be able to accommodate you.

Renters must provide their own fitted and top sheets/pillow cases, towels, toiletries, trash bags and paper products.

Pat was wonderful with all communication. Checked on us the first day to make sure we got in ok. Also offered a discount for an extra day. We would have if it wasn’t back to school. The place was clean and cozy and we loved how equipped it was for the beach. Sort of wish we didn’t have to pack any towels but that’s my only negative comment. Having a washer and dryer right there is ideal. Easy short walk and amazing restaurants near by. Hopefully we can stay again next Summer.

Great stay at the Pelican Pad June 2025

Our family of 5 (teen and 20s) had a nice getaway. We prefer north OC as it’s a quieter area but still convenient; easy to get to the beach and restaurants etc. Plenty of street parking was available out front at the time but there is a large parking lot in the back. The condo is in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We kept beach stuff in our car instead of carrying upstairs. The patio is really nice with the TV. Unfortunately we had bad timing as the building exterior floors and stairwells were getting retreated and painted so using the stairs and patio was somewhat inconvenient. The condo is as advertised well maintained and very minor wear and tear. A/C worked great. The difference maker staying at this condo is the owner, very nice and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again but much better suited for families with younger kids. Highly recommend

Absolutely perfect!

To begin, Pat was very kind and communicated well before we arrive and after arriving. The condo was in great condition, clean, as described on the listing with a perfect location right by the beach. I 100% recommend this rental for anyone looking for quiet place to vacation.

Great location and comfortable stay

This property was great! We had plenty of space for our family of four (with teenagers) and the outdoor space was perfect for your morning coffee. The unit was well maintained and clean. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries and needs. The location is perfect for walking to Northside park, the beach, and many restaurants. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place!

This condo was the perfect place for our quick last minute family trip to OC! The condo was clean and we loved the beach themed decor throughout the place. We couldn't beat the location and the easy parking. It was so close to the beach, convenient enough to walk back for lunch and then head back out to the beach. It was so much better than the high rise condos! The street was quiet, peaceful and the sunset views of the bay were beautiful. Last but certainly not least (and in my opinion equally important), Pat was a great host! My communications with him were timely and informative. Pat was attentive and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you, Pat! The next time we come to OC, I hope Pat's place is available. It is definitely worth coming back to!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was by far the best condo my family and I have ever stayed at in OC and we have been coming for the last 7 years 2-3 times a year! This condo is close to shopping if you need supplies, a lot of good restaurants close by, very quiet, just steps from the beach, VERY SPACIOUS, the property manager is AWESOME but most of all CLEAN!! The cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Beach Property!

Great place close to the beach. Pat was easy to work with and he was able to accommodate my family checking in a few hours early which was awesome. The place was very clean and had everything you might want for a beach vacation. Looking forward to renting again in the future!

My wife Alyse and I (along with our 2 boys) purchased this beach house in late 2020. We decided to give it a full renovation to make it what we envisioned a "beach home" should be! We fell in love with the location, quite street and large balcony with outdoor TV. We hope you enjoy our "beach home" as much as we plan on doing in the future.
