The Gathering Place offers a nationally recognized park with trails along the Arkansas River for walking or biking, as well as gardens and spaces for all ages.

Downtown, Philbrook Museum and Utica Square are only minutes away. Come home to a quiet, tree-lined street in this thoughtfully designed Midtown home.

Bright and inviting living room with a comfortable sofa, built-ins, and a 50” HDTV for streaming. A Klipsch Bluetooth speaker is available for music, along with a dedicated workspace for remote work or study.

Stainless steel kitchen and a GE Café gas range, perfect for cooking at home.

Primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin trundle.

The private backyard patio includes seating and a BBQ grill.

We had a nice visit in Tulsa with friends - Patrick’s house was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very clean, sweet neighborhood. We’d def stay again.

Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful host

This is a wonderful place. Walking to the Gathering Place and to Brookside and as a runner and cyclist the Tulsa River Parks are right there and as a coffee lover so is a wonderful cafe. The house has a lot of charm and the bed very comfortable. Just loved it.

This house was a great fit for our needs. Charming house with good decor. Thoughtful details for a rental including lots of outlets and trundle beds. All the details we needed for our family. We hope to rent again on our next visit to Tulsa.

Wonderful Reunion

Reconnecting with childhood friends and memories. This home was perfect for meals, music, and reconnecting. Comfortable and clean. Well appointed and had everything we needed. Great neighborhood for walks and morning runs. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores.

Good for small family

Cute and convenient

The swing was a great place to start the day with coffee and bird/raptor watching. The master was very comfortable (bed, bathroom, space). Backyard was pleasant and outdoor furniture came in handy; plants were just starting to blossom. It should be very nice in spring, summer, and fall. Restaurants walkable! Friendly neighborhood.

One of the coziest homes! My girls loved the 2nd bedroom and all the beds were incredibly comfortable. Wonderful communication with the owner, Patrick. When we come to Tulsa you can find us at this cozy house!

Weekend review

We enjoyed our stay. Our family is there and we would love to be able to visit again. The only thing we would like to ask is that you put up some new heavier curtains, to block the outdoor lights and help with sleep. Thanks for a good weekend though!

Cute and Cozy with Charm

Great location and nice neighborhood. Close to downtown. House was clean and cozy with sone nice updates. Loved the front porch. Only issue the front door lock kept getting stuck and woukd not unlock - took 4-5 times.

Cute house in Super Quiet Neighborhood

Helpful and flexible property manager. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people and is close to The Gathering Place. House has been updated and has great outdoor space. We will book this home again on future trips to Tulsa.

This home is located in one of Tulsa’s most walkable and vibrant areas. Brookside is just a short walk away and offers a great mix of restaurants, coffee shops, local boutiques, and everyday conveniences. It is the kind of neighborhood where you can easily step out for a meal, grab coffee, or explore without needing to drive.

The Gathering Place is also nearby and is widely considered one of the top public parks in the country. It features thoughtfully designed playgrounds, gardens, open spaces, and miles of trails that make it a destination for both visitors and locals. Just beyond that, the River Parks trail system runs along the Arkansas River and provides a scenic setting for walking, running, or biking.

What we love most about this location is the balance it offers. The home sits on a quiet, tree lined street that feels relaxed and residential, while still being just minutes from some of the best parts of Tulsa. Downtown, Utica Square, and the Philbrook Museum are all a short drive away, making it easy to experience the city without giving up comfort or convenience.
