Complete with a large sectional, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and AC in the living room and both bedrooms. Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.
