Just what the dr oedered

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. Loved that we didn’t have to walk anywhere to get a good space on the beach and a perfect to play in the waves. Would come back in a heartbeat. The apartment was clean with lots of extra necessities. Loved it!

Quiet, restful condo near beach

Absolutely lovely, comfortable condo in Kihei. I loved the authenticity of Hawaiian style open courtyards, landscaping, and amenities. Very quiet location, beautiful beach. Car needed to get to restaurants or shopping. EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONS and facility information in the handbook provided on the foyer table. A for clear details, and reasonable rules and expectations for someone like me who is staying as a guest in someone else's home. I would recommend this lovely home for retirees or travelers with extremely calm children. For me - it was PERFECT. I loved the strict rules for quiet times, pool etiquette, and respect for the facilities. Exactly the restful vacation I wanted. THANK YOU

Great Condo, Perfect Beach and Quiet Building!

We had an excellent stay. The building is very quiet, on a beautiful beach, and the condo layout is perfect for a family. Christy was a great host, no problems throughout and very quick to respond.

Wonderful beachside condo

This oceanfront condo was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and steps from the beach. It was clean, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed including all our beach needs. Christy was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Great property with all the amenities that one would imagine at a vacation beach home. Complex is right on the south Kihei beach shoreline, easily accessible- plus there are beach toys and gear in the condo for our use! Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect South Maui spot

We loved the location just away from both Kihei and Waimea both close to anything you need and good food options. We liked how easy it was to get to anything we wanted to do on Maui. Hale Hui Kai is a beautiful little old school, vintage Hawaiian fell kinda place. We loved it. Right on the beach for perfect sunsets. The condo had everything we needed in a great layout. Beds were comfy and bathrooms perfect. Thank you for the great memories! ALOHA!!

At the beach

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It is at the beach, so easy to just walk out and swim. The beds were very comfortable and the reclining chairs were a hit. The condo is very well equipped from beach towels, chairs, cooler, bodyboard, floating tubes, to full kitchen appliances, internet and air conditioning. We definitely recommend it.

Wonderful

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation! We could enjoy the ocean from the balcony or were just steps away from the beach! This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Nice Unit. Needs some fresh air.

We stayed at this unit from July 11 to July 18 2023. We arrived at 3:30 pm (check-in is 4:00 pm). Maintenance was just finishing work on one of the bathrooms. They were leaving as we were arriving. They told us that they will come in the morning to fix it properly which they did. All was well with the unit. However, the two bedrooms had a less than pleasant odor. All rooms had AC which is why we selected this unit instead of the ocean front units which only had AC in the bedrooms. So, we sacrificed the ocean front view for the comfort of AC in all rooms. We've stayed in no less than 8-different units in this condominium, and our advice (if you are staying during June, July, August or September), choose units that have AC in all rooms. Our unit has AC in all rooms.

Stay Here!

We have stayed 3 separate times, once as a couple and twice with our kids. There is plenty of room to spread out, and comes with everything you need. The condo is maintained nicely and is very quiet. It’s close to just about everything, but the beach is one of the best in Maui, so it’s easy to relax and not make too many plans! The beach is great for swimming and has a rocky spot for snorkeling, we even snorkeled with a turtle there! When we were there in March, we watched a pod of whales play from that very beach! Highly recommend, would def love stay again!

Last minute Maui trip

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The master, the second bedroom with 2 twins (after we separated it apart, nd the pull out sofa bed. The location was easy to find, the gorgeous sugar sand beach just steps away was better than we expected. The hosts provided a lot of amenities, not having to buy simple things like salt, pepper, other spices, and coffee was a nice perk. The beach chairs and coolers left for guest use was also a wonderful touch. We definitely made this our home way from home when we were here in beautiful Maui! A fantastic place to bring your family.

We loved the location! Being close to the beach was amazing. This complex was quiet and the outdoor social area was a welcome addition that I have not seen at any other place. Big note though, there are no outdoor grills and for us this is probably a dealbreaker as that is our favorite way to cook when on vacation on Maui. Our unit did have a George Forman grill that we used but it wasn’t the same.
