Great views, a/c worked well, very nicely furnished with All the essentials. Bathroom sink could drain better and shower could be hotter, but its view from the shower made up for it.

Our villa was ideally located such that we could easily walk into Cruz Bay to visit the National Park Visitor Center, shop, eat, sight see, and grab a shuttle to the beautiful St. John beaches! The villa was clean, well maintained and had a stunning view of Cruz Bay! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The villa complex was quiet and lovely. It truly was an ideal location for our St. John adventures! Highly recommended!!!

This condo was incredible! The views were spectacular. There was an issue with check in but the team was super quick and helpful. The condo was clean with a spacious bathroom. Yhe waterfall shower was also clean and beautiful but just lacked some water pressure. Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything! Parking was easy and the complex itself had wonderful amenities. I couldn’t have asked for a bettter place to stay in St.John!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Cute, comfortable, fabulous balcony space, comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out with 4, convenient to walk into town, fully stocked kitchen including all appliances, very clean. Best rental we’ve stayed in.

St. John Cruz Bay.

Great location, amazing views, and a super awesome greeter to escort you to the villa. You can enjoy island music from the deck while soaking all the beautiful views.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the owner, the property manager, the condo itself, and of course the beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer time.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. The ability to walk to downtown Cruz Bay is exactly what we were looking for . So close to all of the food/drinks and shopping.

Lovin’ St. John

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Breeze. The space was very nice and convenient to Cruz Bay. Check in was a breeze and we really appreciated to parking, beach chairs, cooler and towels.

Beautiful Place to stay

We have stayed at this property before and love that it is just a walk down the hill to Cruz Bay! It is a very charming and comfortable unit and the view is gorgeous! I highly recommend!

Perfect location! The condo had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was easy, we were met at the dock and escorted to our car rental. Then we followed the guide to the condo and given a quick orientation.
