Wow! This place was amazing and the view to die for! We had so much room for the 5 of us. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Huge bedrooms! All the spaces were very large and comfy to move around in...no one bumping in to each other. There was so much outdoor space. Can't wait to see the future of those spaces when completely finished! I CAN HELP WITH THAT IF NEEDED...IDEAS! LOL!The pool was great and plenty big for cooling off. The property had so many beautiful flowers and fruit trees to enjoy!Thomas was such a great and friendly host! Met him at airport, Pussers Bar in town and shared a drink, grocery store and a few other places. He was so knowledgeable about the island and all it has to offer! He also put us in touch with a excursion captain ROAN who was amazing. We booked a full day tour and by far was one of the top tours we have ever done! 100% you should rent this house and we look forward to returning for a future visit.Thank you Thomas for your amazing hospitality!

Excellent accommodations with ample room for large groups! It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the common areas were large enough for everyone to gather and enjoy the absolutely incredible views from Solace Villa. Honestly, we felt like Rock Stars, because this place is amazing. A couple of amenities that were a real bonus - the pool and gathering area with extra refrigerators, the ice maker (to pack coolers), beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and the full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is also huge and has everything you need including wine glasses (which is a small luxury that is important to us.) They also had garbage bags and laundry detergent which was so helpful since we wanted to do laundry immediately from our week bareboating. Thomas, Holly, and Donovan are wonderful hosts who checked in on us throughout the week and were super responsive to our questions / needs. We are coffee lovers and when I requested that a coffee grinder be at the house, they bought one for our arrival - so kind and so appreciated!If you are looking for amazing accommodations for your perfect BVI vacation / holiday, look no further than Solace Villa!

Solace was an unexpected surprise since it exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 8 with3 generations (grandparents, parents & teens). We take annual family vacations & would put this in our top 3. Magnificent view from a huge lanai with large dining table & lounge chairs. Home looks like it could be in Architectural Digest. Only a few considerations for travelers to note: you need a car (we rented 2) since you have to drive everywhere & the climb is very steep on narrow roads to get to the house. Once there the walk into the house is level & no stairs unless going to the pool area which is off 2 of the bedrooms that are separate from the main house. Mosquitos were an issue at the time we were there (March) so bring bug spray! Large sliders were open 24/7 so living space was incredible. The 5th bedroom is a separate guest house on the main level with a bath that is not attached & need to go out down outside stairs. . Thomas the owner was at the house to greet us & we couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend this home. Easy & quick drive to beaches & restaurants once you get used to the roads! We hated leaving!

Stunning spacious villa high on the hill with the most spectacular views. Thomas was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us plenty of recommendations for beaches and bars. The rooms were all very spacious, clean and air conditioned. We were 3 couples and there were plenty of places to relax or party. The pool and pool area was a great entertainment area with its own kitchenette including wine fridge and regular fridge and freezer. We used the barbecue several nights which was super nice. The landscaping was incredible with limes, mangoes and avocados all ready for you to pick right off the trees. 2 open air showers and plenty of beach equipment including snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Thomas

This property is amazing. The view is gorgeous. The place is huge. No better place to enjoy breakfast or the sunset view as the sun sets over Yost. Tom was a great host and was very communicative. We are so happy we stayed here. We had a large group and the property was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful home with beautiful views on the west end of Tortola.

Solace Villa was the most wonderful place I have ever stayed at. I was with my 3 children, their spouses and my 2 grandchildren. With 5 bedrooms there was room for all of us, giving everyone the opportunity for private time. The open air layout of the rest of the house was so beautiful as was the pool. There are no words for how wonderful the view was on all sides of the house, along with the sunsets and privacy of feeling that you are at the top of the world all by yourselves. We all loved every minute of our stay.
