Come make memories in our beautiful home and outdoor space! The Bella Vista boasts breath taking views of the Grand River Arm on Truman Lake and is a uniquely designed lake property perched above the trees gorgeous during all the seasons.
Are you looking for that special getaway that offers not only a comfortable home but a unique design with gorgeous lake views? Check out our unique open concept home tucked into the towering white oaks along Truman Lake featuring a pentagon shaped living and dining area centered around a gorgeous floor to ceiling fireplace and cedar inlaid ceiling and beams. This design is built for entertaining and enjoying time with your friends and family. At over 2200 square feet of living space and almost 1000 square feet of outdoor deck space, everyone will have room to stretch out and truly enjoy the peace and beauty of this area.
Perfect retreat for couples, fisherman, and small families. Boat parking available upon request. Sleeps 6 with two Queen bedrooms, a brand new custom built queen bed in the Four Season Room with 180° deck and lake views, and two full size futons in the main living room to accommodate for the kiddos or when single adults need individual beds.
Wildlife abounds here with deer grazing below the deck, fox love to come traipsing through, and so many turtles to be heard crunching through the leaves. Birds of all kinds can be seen singing from the treetops or munching at the stocked bird feeders.
This is a place for tranquility, relaxation, and time away from the hustle and bustle. Home has a strict guest count policy due to the limited water and septic systems. Please inquire privately for special requests. We do not allow the hosting of parties or events in an effort to respect the beauty, peace, and quiet of this area. You won’t have atv’s or golf carts running down the street all day like many lake communities as we are towards the end of a dead end road. There are no pets or animals permitted.

We are so excited to be able to share our home with others! We take great pride in our property and love hosting for others. I am recently retired from the Navy and my partner, Jennifer, and I relocated to the Warsaw area from a long stint in Washington state to be near family and enjoy the beauty of central Missouri and the Truman Lake area.
We split our time between the Bella Vista and our small homestead that we are currently developing. We love adding features and upgrades to our properties and hope you choose to stay with us so we can share our beautiful home with you! Feel free to inquire before booking if you have any questions or extra needs to fulfill. We always try to accommodate our guests in any way we can.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We immediately fell in love with the stunning views on both the east and west ends of the house. The large outdoor enclosed on three sides deck space is a dream for hosting, relaxing, or dining. The giant main living area with its floor to ceiling wood burning stove is the centerpiece to a masterfully designed open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The four season room has become the place to retreat to during the cooler winter months to enjoy a drink in warmth and comfort while still having the advantage of taking in the views. It also accommodates our third queen bed that boasts amazing sunrises through fall and winter months. Jennifer instantly knew she wanted this addition as soon as we purchased the house and we built a custom low profile bed so not to interfere with the living room view. There are so many cool features to this home and not nearly the time to tell about it. You just have to see it for yourself! This house is located minutes from a community boat launch as well as Long Shoal Marina and Beach, and Harry S. Truman State Park. Only 10 minutes from the historic city of Warsaw and Truman Lake Mountain Bike Park.
