Welcome to Sunset Paradise – a true lakeside retreat where the sunsets on Toledo Bend Lake are so stunning, no picture can fully capture their beauty. Enjoy the serenity of a private fishing hole built into the dock, complete with a brush pile to enhance your catch. With your stay, you’ll have access to the private neighborhood boat launch, just adjacent to the property.

This charming lake house offers a large yard and ample parking for cars and boats, ensuring plenty of space for your entire group. The spacious, open living and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate large groups, featuring a gas stove and an open seating area, ideal for gathering and enjoying meals together.

Whether you're here for fishing, outdoor activities, or simply taking in the incredible lake views, Sunset Paradise offers everything you need for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Beautiful property!! The best sunsets!! The master bed was very comfortable! The pier was very safe if you have young children and my toddler loved the stairs which we used to swim! We would definitely love to come back

Excellent place to stay with great amenities, loved the private boat launch, Everything was clean & neat upon arrival. Loved the pier & boat house, must have been wrong of time of year for catching any white perch in the cutout on the pier. But still had fun catching some small catfish. Overall this is an excellent place to stay!!

Family vacation

The men went on a fishing trip, my husband really enjoyed it. The fishing dock was very nice and big my grandson stayed out there fishing. We all spent the day at the water park and enjoyed it. The market basket store was a nice grocery store had everything I forgot.Perfect location!

The jewel of Toledo Bend

The camp was very homey, and had everything you need. If I were to go to Toledo bend again, I would have to stay there again. Fantastic!!!!

Property had a beautiful view of the lake and a gorgeous sunset. The home is very nice and well kept. Lots of space inside and very nice furnishings. Enjoyed our stay and the host was wonderful.

Truly Sunset Paradise

The view is spectacular…at sunrise, sunset and in between! Very nice, well stocked house. Plenty of room inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

This house was absolutely stunning. The sunrise and sunset from this camp cannot be beat!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Deavon was so easy to work with and gave us great suggestions for the area. We plan to make our trip to Toledo bend an annual thing & we plan to stay here every time.

2024 Fishing Trip

Stay was as advertised. Everything was clean and the host was available and responded quickly. Having a private boat ramp was a plus and it was used numerous times. We would definitely stay again!

Can’t express in words how perfect this place is but I’ll try. Beautiful. Spacious. Clean. Quiet. The view is breathtaking. Also, if you need fast, reliable wifi and a consistent cellular signal, this is the place. Sunset Paradise is worth every penny!!!

Awesome place

The house is absolutely stunning, clean and has everything you need. The owners are very quick to respond which was nice! After a day on the water we would come back and catch sacalait off the dock! Beautiful sunsets and plenty of fish to catch right at the house if you don’t have a boat. We can’t wait to book our next trip there!!! Thanks for the great experience
