This large home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This property has a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as an open living space with a huge 65" smart TV. A gorgeous, fully-fenced backyard has lounge chairs, outdoor dining, a fire pit & BBQ for your entire group (including your doggies) to enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Guests have access to all spaces (2,100 SF & 2-car garage).

We have space for four cars in the driveway and garage. There is a Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger in the garage.

There are 2 Ring security cameras on the outside of our home. One is located by the front door, and one is located by the garage door, and they face out towards the front yard and driveway.

○ Reservations from residents of Gainesville are not allowed. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
○ All check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced.
○ All pets (dogs only) must be registered in advance (max. 2). There is a fee of $50 per pet.
○ We only have space for 4 cars. Please only park in the garage or on the driveway.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver's license prior to check-in.
○ Smoking, illegal drugs, parties/events, and excessive noise are NOT allowed anywhere on the property.
○ Any illegal activities, including prostitution and possession of firearms, are prohibited.
○ Exterior cameras are in use. Fees will apply when house rules are violated.
