Newly built, professionally designed, thoughtfully appointed with everything you need and more! The space is all yours, no other people to deal with. Treat yourself to a uniquely perfect blend of classical coziness and understated modern simplicity in this newly built, 2 story, 3Br/2.5Ba sparkly clean & fresh EVERYTHING, vintage modern home.

3 Bedrooms + living room set up with daybed/trundle pullout with 8 total beds and 4 sleeping spaces. Comfy mattresses, clean linens, towels and more included. Games and Pack-n-Play for friends and families.

Kitchen stocked with all basic necessities+ for cooking and coffee.

Enjoy this entire, private house with the advantage of 2 stories to divide up resting and connecting, front and back patios, and PRIVATE backyard.

Guest Access:
This amazing house is all yours! Huge master bedroom and bathroom and 2 other spacious and beautiful bedrooms. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Outdoor patio and fully fenced in backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The historic Duckpond Neighborhood is a stones throw away from the University of Florida, Gator Stadium THE SWAMP, and even closer to all the restaurants and bars in Downtown and Midtown! Easy access to 441, and I-75.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into the University of Florida. The home is very nice and comfortable. The reality matches the pictures. The location to everything we needed to do is great. You will also never rent from a nicer, more responsive host.

Best Wedding Hangout!

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding, which was held at a venue right around the corner. The host was super nice and available, and the house was very clean and organized. Perfect place!

My family and I had the best stay! Everything about the property is fantastic. My son just started at UF, so I'm happy we'll have lots of opportunities for future stays. A VRBO property doesn't get better than this one!

Great property. They had lots of beds and so close to UF. They had some snacks and chocolates waiting for us, which was really nice. The owner was so friendly. I would stay here again

Comfortable and relaxing

We really enjoyed staying here. Quiet street. Close to downtown and eateries. Owners are very thoughtful toward the comfort and ease of guests. We appreciated coffee and tea supplied since we arrived late at night. Very beautiful home. We would definitely return.

Girls weekend

This was such a wonderful home, absolutely pristine and great location. We absolutely did not want to leave, plenty of space for everyone to relax. All amenities were provided, the house was quiet as was the neighborhood. Recommend 💯 percent.

Gators vs Tigers

We stayed at the property 11/15-17 2024. It was outstanding. House is great. Location is ideal for easy in and out, but close enough to campus. Plenty of room for 8 adults (and still more sleep space if you need it). Kitchen well set up. Backyard large with a great patio to enjoy morning coffee. We will be back. SuperHost!

Gorgeous Property!

Fabulous property on all fronts!!! Clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we could possibly need (including sleep sound machines in each room), comfortable beds (and we are picky!), and a beautiful backyard. Everything was exactly like the photos. We were sad our visit was only one night, and we can't wait to return. My son is going to be a Gator, so we hope to stay at this property many more times. The host and person who cleans the property were so wonderful and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House nice location not so much

The house is just as pictures show and nicely stocked. The floors were not clean so our socks and feet were dirty. The neighborhood we did not feel was safe at all. The home was beautiful.

Simply Charming

This home is such a treat. Gorgeously designed and decorated, it was refreshing for our family to stay here. The floor plan is extremely accessible and every detail (literally everything you can think of) has been graciously thought through by the hosts. It’s spotlessly clean and the hosts are extremely responsive and kind. 10/10 we are already talking about when we will come back. Don’t hesitate with this one, it’s perfect!

Great central stay

We had a great overnight stay at this comfy home. The place is EXACTLY as pictured and even better. Very nice and well throughout decorations throughout. They even had a pack and play for my baby which was a great find. The place is quite and central to UF campus. Only thing we noticed was that the main bedroom was warmer in comparison to the rest of the house which we mentioned to the host and he promptly replied that they would look into it. overall 5 stars and would def stay there again!
